I took my Jetta in because it had a mysterious leak that caused epic amounts of water to come into the car when it rained. The car was fixed in about 20 minutes by clearing the debris out of the sunroof drains (I live under a tree). I wasn't even charged! Everyone was so incredibly nice to me and I even got a recommendation on what was about to go wrong next (sigh) and where exactly to take it around where I live. The amount of money I've put into the car and the amount of stress the leak caused was so overwhelming that the amazing treatment I received made me emotional. I actually had a good experience for once. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Very unhappy with the lack of communication. Was told at original estimate that it would be 12 Days and x amount of money for repairs. 1 week later they call and tell me that they have found 400 dollars worth of additional work that needs to be done but would not tell me what it is. The following week they call me on Wednesday and tell me my car will be ready by Friday. When I call them they tell that my total has gone up 1400 dollars and have found more work to be done. Still could not tell me what work was being done and that it would be an additional week. Would not suggest coming here. They are not upfront and do additional work without speaking to the customer. When I called my insurance company, they were just as in the dark as
I am because the proper paperwork wasn’t sent over when the estimate was done. They also told my claims agent something comepletely different than what they told me. Very shady business.response / report this review -

If you want your car to look brand new, bring it into Bavarian. The entire team - Lakeisha, Anders, Ebony, and more - was patient and courteous. Plusmy car looks better than I could’ve imagined! I surely don’t want to get into another car crash, but if I do Anders and his team will definitely get my business.

The staff (specifically Ebony) at Bavarian was incredibly helpful and professional. After an arduous process with the insurance company, it was incredibly refreshing to work with Bavarian. Their experience was proven in this process, as nothing seemed to come as a surprise to them which was incredibly reassuring and made the process that much smoother.

I couldn't be happier with the experience I had at Bavarian Body Works. The work they performed looks great! It was done in the time they promised. And everyone I dealt with had a very helpful attitude. The final price also came in $250 lower than the original estimate because of a couple parts they were able to salvage. The work was done at a price that was $2,700 below what the dealership estimated to do the same work. I recommend Bavarian highly and wouldn't hesitate to use them again should the need arise. (Which hopefully won't be necessary.)

Bavarian provided excellent service from start to finish. The insurance company made a mistake in my rental car, but Ebony helped me work a pickup/drop off situation with the rental company. After my car was completed, Bavarian detailed my car and hide it shinning bright. After picking up my car, I realized I left a pair of shoes in the trunk of the rental. Unfortunately, I was at work and couldn't make it back. Lakeisha retrieved them from the car and kept them behind the desk for me until I could make it back there. Excellent service all the way around. I highly recommend that you choose this body shop.

Getting into an accident can be very overwhelming, but Bavarian did an awesome job reassuring me that my car will be back to normal in a timely manner. When I picked up my car I couldn't believe that it was mine. They exceeded my expectations and detailing team is A+!! 😍😍

Great work! My car looks great and they got all the work done a week before expected. Lakeshia was really nice and kept me posted with upgrades about my car. I'm really happy with the outcome. I totally recommend this place.

Great experience. I brought my car in for a bumper repair and was more than satisfied with the result! Everyone at the shop was friendly, courteous, and professional. LaKesha provided me with regular updates about the repair's progress; without the updates, I would have been very anxious(and suspicious) about the whole process. Thanks again guys for making my experience there a great one!😀

This was my first time being in a serious accident where repairs were needed. After reading the reviews on google I decided to give them a chance and the service was exceptional. Even while the insurance company was a hassle Ebony Bridges was very diligent and had superb communication skills. Will be recommending this shop to many people! Not to mention my 2015 car looks brand new!!!
