Mr. Poole and his team were caring, personal, and professional this past week, as we laid my mother to rest. They go above and beyond with customer service, making sure every detail is just the way you want it. Mr. Poole, Tim, Daryl, and Lynette worked diligently and with such compassion, that the family and friends of my mother thought it was all outstanding. I highly recommend this funeral home for your loved ones needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the area.

Poole Funeral Home & Cremation has helped me out in two family situations in three year span. Both times Brian met with me personally, explained every option, showed compassion and empathy. Poole Funeral Home did an amazing job in helping our family prepare my dad for his heavenly home.
Brian & Beau were so kind & compassionate at a very difficult time for our family. They answered my questions & did an amazing job conducting my dad’s celebration of life service. They also made all of the arrangements for burial at the Veteran’s Memorial Cemetary. I would highly recommend Poole Funeral Home.

My husband had stage 4 cancer. I knew in advance we would require the services of Poole Funeral home. I went in ahead of time and Tim and Brian were able to help me put together a lovely service. I had no idea how many people were going to show up and they made incredible attempts to accommodate the crowd. They went out of their way to make more brochures as needed and try to make a comfortable place for the overflow people to sit. They demonstrated a level of professionalism and compassion. I highly recommend Poole Funeral Home and Cremation services.

A few weeks ago my mom was put to rest, my daughter, my husband and I chose Poole Funeral Home in Woodstock, GA because of the way the owner Brian, and the rest of the team made us feel at peace. We were treated like family the moment we walked in the place compare to the other ones we went to. The other funeral homes were more interested in getting our money than anything else. Pool Funeral Home Packages were very affordable, great place to rest your love ones. will definitely refer other families to them.
