I was very disappointed with this establishment when I lost my husband 09/14/2022. I called and spoke to a lady and was told that the Undertaker wasn’t there at that time. She took my contact details. But guess what people. I never got a return call. I guess they are too busy or just not very professional. I would steer away from wasting your time calling them in your hour of need.
I found an amazing Funeral home just along the road.
I recently went to visit my two year old
nephews place of rest that is located at
the Hendersonville Memory Gardens
and realized that some of his stuff was
missing. I went inside and there was not
a single employee in sight, I waited over
15 minutes until I called the number on
their website and told them that I have
been waiting and needed assistance.
They proceeded to tell me that they
allow there maintenance workers to take
peoples belongings to the back end of the building near trash cans and throw them on the ground OUTSIDE like trash.
My family received no calls to allow us to collect his stuff before removing it
themselves. I understand there is safety precautions and rules that need to be followed and I have no issue with
following them. But we were never
verbally told any of this information and
that they would throw away my property. Having to visit my two year old nephew at a cemetery is hard enough but to also have his stuff discarded and stolen is traumatizing, that was his stuff and we will never be able to get it back. What y’all have done is unacceptable and DISGUSTING .
Jessica Law is Awesome! She is caring and compassionate. Helped answer all my questions and helped us navigate this difficult time. Harry was great as well!
My Uncle's memorial was held here. The staff was very friendly, respectful, and helpful to the family. The set up was beautiful and they were on point with helping with the service. Specifically Jessica with the funeral home.
My Grandmother, Joyce Ann Craft, recently passed away and we had her services and interment here. Stephanie, Alan, J.T. and the rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful to work with; they were incredibly compassionate and understanding. They guided us through every decision and have been communicative with us since ensuring that we are handling everything well in the aftermath.
The facility is as comforting and inviting as the people who run it are. The furniture is cozy and the environment is clean and well maintained. The slideshow, canvas photo collage and tri-fold memory books were all beautiful. We were able to bring in our own decorations and artifacts to personalize and memorialize our "Granny". It made the visitation feel more intimate and was a great way for family to fondly remember her and who she was. I hesitated posting photos because they are so personal, but I wanted to share how Stephanie and the rest of the staff helped us make Granny's service the perfect representation of who she was.
On behalf of my entire family, thank you so very much to everyone at Hendersonville Memory Gardens and Funeral Home. You made what has been the most devastating and heartbreaking experience of our lives be a little easier to bear with your kindness and professionalism. We cannot recommend you enough.
