Dr. Ilya Sluch and Dr. Ellen Koo - rock stars! Diagnosed my wife's rare eye issue. Great care and follow-up. 10 Stars.

Got there 10 minutes prior to appointment. Taken immediately. forms were filled out prior to exam so just had to fill out HIPA forms. Had initial visit with Tech Cheryl .she spent about an hour with me ,very thorough. then met Dr Ruiz . she spent another 30 minutes and was totally knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Best part ..her last statement was be careful drivingyour eyes are still dilatedvery happy will return for next years visit.

This place solved my wife's vision problems. She was about to go blind and crazy because we went all over the country and nobody could figure out her issue. Then she saw Dr. Koo and she has been cured. To those of you that complain about the wait times, I can only imagine your vision issues were not serious. We went to a lot of offices where they got you in and out in a hurry, but they all missed the issue Dr. Koo found. I guess the others were too worried about being punctual, where this place was more worried about finding a cure. Sure we have to wait quite a bit on most visits, but when we go here, it's the last place we have to go because they solve vision problems.

Doctors are never on time!! Up to 3 hours late from appointment time!! Has to be the worst waiting time in USA!! Why are they ranked #1???
Nothing has changed after almost a year (6/17) worst time management I've seen! Takes a minimum of 3 hours for a visual test and Dr's visit! I like the Doctor but this ridiculous!!response / report this review -

Can't reach anyone to answer your questions on the phone and no one returns the call when you leave a message. How do offices like this stay in business?
