I've lived here 4 months and there's been an attempted robbery on a lady at gun point in the apartment complex. During this same time, my car(as well as others in the complex) was broken into and belongings were stolen. Even though I maintain a clean apartment, I've had an ant infestation and just killed the third roach I've seen(it was huge). The washer in my unit doesn't actually get the clothes clean and I've had maintenance come check on it with no solution reached. I would not suggest moving here, especially considering the high price.

Great community and a great price for the amount of space you are getting compared to everything else in West Palm. The management team is amazing and very accommodating. We had a few small issues with our unit when we first moved in and they had maintenance come and fix the issues within a couple of hours which was great!

Excellent Management team, the only reason I moved out was because I moved out of WPB. The property was kept clean and there was always someone willing to help when I had a problem. Never saw a bug while I lived there inside the apartment and enjoyed being close to so many things.

This place is great and Rachel is the best. If you have any issues they work very hard to get those issues resolved as soon as possible. I've been renting here for almost 2 years and have no complaints.

I have not moved into this community yet but I did submit my deposit. I thought the model showed very well and the size of the units are better than most communities I have previously viewed. However, I was a little shocked to see that the community did not offer any incentives like free cable or water and that the ENTIRE apartment was carpeted minus the kitchen and bathrooms. To charge $1370 a month for a two bedroom with carpet is a lot of money. Secondly, the community is not gated and does not offer any form of security to the renters like security systems. I was notified by a friend of mine there was almost a home invasion out there and that again is because of lack of security. Overall the community LOOKS decent and like I said THE MODEL showed well but then again they only have one model. The models in any community show well but the actual unit you get may not be as nice. I read a lot of reviews about roaches. I am terrified of bugs and made this clear PRIOR to me submitting my deposit. I would be TERRIFIED to move into a unit over taken by bugs and be stuck in that unit.

So now after reading the reviews I am no longer sure if I want to rent here. I mean the maintenance crew should be able to see bugs when they are prepping the unit for a new renter. This community should NEVER allow someone to move into a unit that has bugs EVER. You want a top rating but not giving top thought into each situation. Bugs are nasty and carry germs. Who wants to live like that.

I got a tough decision to make and I believe I was approved. I will find out tomorrow morning.

Out of all my years renting apartments, this place by far has the worst roach problem I have ever seen. I have to kill about 2 a day sometimes more. They are everywhere, cabinets, bathroom, dishwasher, my bedroom! They've even gotten into my fridge and microwave on occasion! Its so bad I see them at all times of the day. It makes me incredibly uncomfortable having to worry about a roach crawling on me while I'm laying on the couch or my bed (both have happened). To add to this, I can't have company because of how embarrassingly bad it is. This place should be condemned. They have sent pest control but now there are just dead roaches everywhere on top of the live one's I have to kill. I'm uploading pics of all the roaches I've had to take out. It grosses me out how awful it is. I can't live here anymore, and I recommend you go somewhere else if your looking for a place to live.

Initially when I moved into Azalea Village in 2004 it was a great community. I enjoyed living there so much, the 2 times I moved, I moved into a larger apartments within the community. Around 2012 the community began to change with the implementation of valet waste and a change in the kind of tenants that were moving in. The community would often have trash outside the trash receptacle and around the mailbox area and in front of doors for days. We eventually moved in 2016. I wouldn't recommend anyone move there now less you have no other options.

First night in unit and I had to play the role of exterminator. Roaches! Not bugs from outside, but roaches. Completely and totally unacceptable. Apartment was relatively empty, this did not come from us as we don't keep roaches as pets like some folks do. Contacted mgmt, awaiting their response.

Lovely community since new manager Marsha has been manager. Many improvements. I love living there now. Rents are really comparable to others in west palm beach office staff is the best. Kiran is awesome.

The front office is so kind! Great first impression. I am pregnant and called about an incessantly barking dog interrupting my sleep. They addressed it immediately! The dishwasher broke and the maintenance guy showed up the same day! The apartment was so clean on move in, approval was fast and efficient. The property is clean and we'll maintained. They're always painting speed bumps, updating units, and rearing the roads. They keep tenants informed about their buildings and the community. Great management and competitive rates for the area!!
