Be careful what you sign!!!!!
Have you read the waiver they want you to sign? If you stopped reading after a couple lines you missed a lot. I can understand a waiver that protects them against law suits. It's an ice skating rink most people understand there is inherent danger, but some people need this spelled out for them, that's ok.
However the waiver doesn't stop there. It goes on to state they own any likeness or recording of you they feel they need to display in anyway they want to display it "Forever!!!!" and your children's Likeness "forever!!" "FOR ANY PURPOSE" "IN ANY FORM" That's down right creepy.
Come on guys I understand you might want to use a video clip of someone skating for an Ad. On that day have the people sign a waiver for that purpose, or they can choose not to skate that day. As it is that clause to your waiver sounds like there are secret recording devices around the place. Maybe there is? Know way of knowing until your face shows up somewhere you hadn't intended it to, or worse your kids!!!

PHOTO/VIDEO/SOCIAL MEDIA WAIVER
In connection with my and the Child’s use of the Skate Zone, I consent to the recording of the Child’s and my physical likeness and/or voice through mechanical, photographic, technical, digital, electronic or other means (“Recordings”]. I hereby consent to and authorize SZ and its agents, representatives, employees, successors and assigns to use, in perpetuity, such Recordings, as well as the Child’s name and my name, for any purpose, including advertising, promoting, exploiting and/or publicizing any Skate Zone event. I further agree that the foregoing includes the consent to use the Child’s and/or my physical likeness in any form. In addition, I waive any and all claims I may have in connection with the Recordings.
TERM OF AGREEMENT
I understand that this agreement extends forever into the future and will have full force and legal effect each and every time I or my child(ren]/ward(s] visit Skate Zone, whether at the current location or any other location or facility.response / report this review -

Employees are nasty! One girl, long dark hair, didn't catch the name as she was spurting out details of the website as an explanation for the misleading information about open skating. Don't waste your time!

We had a fun birthday party here for my granddaughter. The rink and ice are nicely kept. Seems fairly new compared to other rinks here! I recommend!

I love this place except when the GM is there. So unpleasant. Awful customer service skills. The rest of the staff and coaches are awesome. And the facilities are wonderful. But they need better leadership to get to the next level.

Skate here often & the Staff, the Management and the coaches are top notch Always willing to help They encourage skaters and help them thru difficult times if needed Always a friendly place and a great place to skate !!

Best rink around! Family oriented and the management staff is outstanding. Highly recommended for parties or for some cool fun in the summer heat.

So I got my shoes stolen and I have done everything that I could do but the people there do not help they say they will call you back but they never do so you should never go here

I had the greatest time there with the Grandkids they really enjoyed it. They loved the whole experience especially participating in the floor activities. It reminded me of my past when I was a kid Thank you Palm Beach skate zone for even more memories and the best day ever.

They don't clean the ice oftenly. There were holes on the ice floor. I had an accident the ice was melting. During public skating hours the were also skating clases and the students were jumping and making more holes on the floorZ pretty dangerous.
