Laura sold our home above asking price! During the process issues did arise just like in any real estate transaction. Laura handled everything professionally and always had a back up plan. When the 1st buyer fell out of escrow at the last minute, Laura already had another buyer ready to take over. She was always responsive to my calls and texts. Laura's patience, availability, and stellar negotiating skills enabled my husband and me to celebrate a handful of "firsts" in just these last 3 months! We were able to fit both of our families into OUR HOME as we hosted our first Thanksgiving dinner! We took advantage of the situation and utilized that joyous holiday to simultaneously experience the gender reveal of our baby BOY with all of our loved ones in OUR BACKYARD! We spent our first Christmas morning, just the two of us, in OUR LIVING ROOM in front of our beautiful natural Christmas tree. And we got to ring in the New Year for the first time with a nice quiet dinner, just the two of us, while watching the ball drop on the big screen my husband has always dreamed of mounting in OUR LIVING ROOM.
