Infested with cockroaches. Don't go a day without finding them in the kitchen cabinets, drawers, countertops and throughout the bathroom. I cannot wait for my lease to be up so I can remove my family from this filth.

I truly wish i could leave zero stars. lets see if i cn remember all of the horrible things ive experienced here. Well, I had to save the life of somebody who overdosed in our entrance. I had TONS of bugs and worms and when they tried to blame it on my cat, maintenance told me my cat had worms, and proceeded to STICK THEIR FINGERS UP MY CATS ASS! I was so in shock I didnt even know what to do! The bugs are just awful. Nothing ever gets fixed or adressed here.. They truly only care about money. Rent is raised every year, and its not worth the money. The only people who are happy here are the foreign people who live 8 pepole in a one bedroom apartment and stay up all night partying andrunning up and down the halls. There is at least 1 or 2 fire alarms that go off every week which has been traumatizing, Living here you have to be prepared for an emergency at all times because the property is not taken care of and they dont care about the number of tennants per apartment. Im sure multiple laws are being broken. If you try to make a complaint about something, management will threaten you and make up randolm complants agains YOU to scare you out of filing more complants. These poeple will enter your apartment without notice, and if they do leave notice its at 9pm at night for a 9amvisit the next morning. They also allow maintenance to begin mowing and leaf blowing at ridiculous hours as early as 6-7amv(ive complained multiple times and they refuse to get back to me now) The girls in the office are just plain mean andn nasty towqards you. None of them would dare to live here. They make money off our miserym because spending money to make this place more enjoyable would just be absurd, right? Im sure theres more that i cant think of, but i will, because people need to know the truth about this place behind closed doors.

I have lived here for almost 2 years now. I changed buildings once in the hopes that it would help alleviate the issue with ants, but it did not. The buildings are not well maintained, they do have a staff which takes care of the grounds regularly, but they do not have a staff which takes care of the buildings. It is about keeping up appearances. Since Dolben took over it went from being a nice place to live to being an OK place to live as long as you don't mind it being dirty, half working, and no one to speak with if you have an issue. You cannot even call the local office, they only answer the phone if you choose the option for sales. I will be moving as soon as my lease it up, only move here if it is the cheapest option for you as you will be treated poorly and you will have to put up with maintenance issues for weeks (if you can get them fixed).

I will start out by saying the one good thing about this place. The grounds are clean, maintenance men go around every morning and clean up trash. Other than that we have been here for one year, our lease is up in May, and I can't wait to get out. We live on the first floor and we have had several flooding issues because the plumbing from all the apartments above tie into our drains as well. The laundry site is a nightmare, you have to load a laundry card online and take your revalue code to a station to get money put on it, the washers and dryers are always broken. Popcorn paint on ceiling literally chips and falls right off. Drop ceiling in bathroom is rusty and brown. Told maintenance and they came and spray painted it. People of another culture hanging out in the laundry room and in hallways, stairs, etc. Leasing office has yet to fix that issue. People constantly screaming and partying on weekends which isn't very pleasant when raising a 2 year old. People flying up and down west Clarke street and river road. Parking is a nightmare especially in the winter, good luck to anybody trying to park when it snows around here. There are a large number of squirrels living in the roof of building #180, possibly other buildings as well but you can hear them at night I've heard. The storage area in the attic is a disaster and you WILL fall through the floor. We asked for a storage space up there a year ago and still have yet to get any space. Also during the winter my significant other slipped and fell on the ice on the back stairs 3 times because it was left with no salt, when the office was informed- still no salt I went and bought salt and did it on my own. When they ask you to renew your lease they raise your rent by $250/month. The staff here are extremely rude including maintenence personnel and if I could I would already be gone. This place is probably the worst I've ever lived in in my 36 years of being alive. #rantover

Many neighbors are loud, rude, and often drug users. Management refuses to recycle and yet still claims they are "going green". The only green they seem interested in is money. Rents increase every year without fail
