Over 3 of the hottest days in Washington history an air duct cleaning technician, two heating and cooling technicians and insulation technicians were all over our house from the attic to the crawl space while replacing our old heating system with a new furnace and AC, as well as insulating the floor, cleaning, sealing and insulating the air ducts. All were prompt, professional, courteous, and efficient, despite intolerable working conditions. Prior to the install the office was very responsive. The estimator went over, in great detail, options with pros and cons. The job supervisor came in and did detailed measurements and surveyed the house from attic to crawl space finalizing details before the job. There was no mess or clean up left for us to do when they were done. My husband and I would highly recommend Barron to anyone needing these types of services.

We had a amazing experience with the Barron Team from Andy in Sales to Phillip and Nolan our install team, to the Electricians Tom , Cody and Jordan. They were very professional, efficient and respectful of our home. We could not be more pleased with our new system it looks absolutely amazing they were patient with explaining everything thoroughly and took the time to make sure our home was clean as it was when they showed up. We would highly recommend Barron heating. And look forward to doing future business with this company.

We hired Barron heating to come look at our natural gas insert. Noticed the fan blower was making noise as it was starting to fail. Technician showed up about the middle of December and determined that was the issue. During this time I sent email confirmation off to the manufacture of my insert to verify the insert was still under warranty. I received a claim ticket from manufacture and sent all information to Barron heating. After a month of waiting to here from Barron if parts had showed up; they came to our home once again and this time not only did they have the wrong parts but also noticed the first technician had torn the intake/exhaust gasket. He then informed us that there was possible gas leaking into our home. After, another month of waiting Barron heating never showed back up as they kept rescheduling our appointment to fix our insert. I finally reached out to the manufacture and had them involved with getting my insert fixed. I ended up getting the parts covered under but had to install myself. This is where it gets interesting. After Barron heating denying the tech saying he had tore a gasket. I found multiple screws stripped and broke off in a two year old insert. I sent pictures to the manufacture letting them know that out of two techs neither one was qualified to work on anything related to heating a home. I did this procedure in under an hour. By March I had fixed my own insert that was covered under warranty, sent out for all warranty information, and had waited all winter on Barron heating. At the end of this beware of Barron heating. I have three kids and the first tech left my home after tearing a gasket that could of seriously injured my family. Now on top of the that, I have a two year old insert that has broken screws in it and stripped out holes thanks to Barron heating. Take my word for it and go somewhere else.

Caleb and Phillip showed up on time and finished the installation in less than three hours. Did a great job of cleaning up and testing the system. They were through in explaining everything to us. Polite and helpful every step of the way. Would definitely recommend this company!

We installed a new gas fireplace and were very impressed with Barron. The installation tech helped us problem-solve the venting and safety needs and put together a great package. Then we went to the showroom and we’re patiently guided through all of the options. Installation crew were professional and efficient. Super helpful with guidance on the finish work. Phenomenal company who we’ve also used for our furnace and water heater. They know their business very well and know how to care for their customers!

Barron installed our furnace a few years ago and inspect it yearly. We are pleased with the furnace, install and our yearly inspections, The techs are always knowledgeable, competent and extremely friendly. We feel confident that Barron Heating is there when we need them. The one time a contractor carelessly disabled our furnace we were able to get Barron there ASAP to fix it and our heat was there in matter of hours.
We do not hesitate to recommend them to our friends.

Had air conditioning installed and what a great job. The technicians were professional and courteous and more than willing to answer all my questions. I highly recommend them. The next day I had the ducts cleaned by Patrick T. he did a great job and I thank him for the fine job he did on the mess I called ducting in my house.

It took all day to install our 3 Heat Pump/Air Conditioning units. The men who did the installation were wonderful! They put on booties every time they came into the house, I thought that when they cut the drywall there would be dust everywhere but they did a great job of cleaning up. We are very happy with the job that they did & would recommend Barron Heating to anyone. The Diakin system is working wonderfully, we are staying cool while the rest of the city is hot. Thanks so much!

Daniel showed up on time and did a very thorough job cleaning and adjusting our gas fireplace, as well as our furnace. He is very personable (I like that he shook my hand when we met). He gave me a lot of information about other services that would help the heating efficiency and lifespan of our furnace. He didn't seem to be in a hurry and did a thorough job (including "embers" for the gas fireplace that weren't there before). Great service! Thanks!

Called about getting my pellet stove fixed and/or serviced because it wont turn on. I was told, since it was not installed by them they wont work on it. It is a brand they sell also. I wont recommend them to anyone for heating needs!!!!!
