Such an amazing place!! Staff is so friendly and helpful! Our dog has a sensitive stomach and needs prescription dog food. The Hungry Puppy offers a free bag of food for every 5 bags you buy of prescription food, and I was so surprised the first time they told me that I was buying my fifth bag so I could get one free! Dog food in general is not cheap, but the prescription food is very expensive, so I am so grateful to them for this! A free bag for every 5 bags comes along QUICK! I believe they also offer a free bag of regular dog food after every 12 bags.
I recently stopped in and got to talking to one of the staff members Caitlin about our dog, and she recommended the owner of the store, Teresa, as a dog trainer. Teresa returned my message quickly, and was so kind to speak with over the phone about what we are looking for as far as training goes for our dog. I love that her methods are not “treat-driven” and I am really looking forward to working with her soon!

As always, everyone is very helpful and very friendly. It's just a pleasant experience, and the staff is most accommodating. They carry just about every dog food under the sun, and their prices are very fair.

Customer service is unparalleled. Large bags are carried to your car and they have delivery service. Nail trims are $10! The Hungry Puppy has everything for your dog, cat, bird, horse and more! Shop local!!

Just had a great private lesson with my new puppy. Taricia was great. Awsome trainer and truly knows how to teach YOU how to teach your dog goo manners and be a part of your family. I highly recommend her!

Tons of treats for my dog and the prices were really good. They even had a small dog park for the pup pups. ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars was because it was a little cramped insideI have a larger breed. If I had gone alone I wouldn't have even noticed and would have given the full 5. I do reccomend tjis place for sure.

They have always been so helpful to make sure that I give my four legged family members the right things. The sraff are so friendly greeting from behind the counter as you walk in. They love to see you walk in with your loved family and they just love to spoil them with treats if you allow them to.
From helping you with your training needs to keeping them groomed to perfection. Always willing to give you tips on just about any topic.
The HUNGRY PUPPY is my go to spot for my pet needs.

The best pet store in Monmouth County. I do not understand how they are able to compete on prices with Amazon, but they are regularly within $2 on 26lb bags of dog food. Great service and they offer free delivery to most of the county.
