My now fiancé and I went to Kim’s to look at engagement rings. This is the first store we decided to start at.Well I had done 0 research at this point about diamonds or shopping for an E ring.I pointed out a halo ring I liked and Mr. chin let me try it on.Well that being the first ring I ever had on I immediately fell in love with it. Mr Chin didn’t have any conversation with us about what we were looking for, our price range, didn’t discuss the 5 c’s of a diamond, difference in settings and designers etc. Nothing. My fiancé asked how much the Halo ring was I fell in love with. All Mr. Chin kept saying was don’t worry I’ll get a good price for you.He let us take the ring outside to look at it in real light.Well little did we know at the time that the diamonds in the display case aren’t real. And you have to buy the diamond separate from the setting.That fake diamond in the display case sure did sparkle.We put $100 deposit down and left. Came back the next week but still he wouldn’t give us an exact price or go over details about the ring after us putting another $100 down. We wound up going to a different jewelry store for pricing in Shrewsbury the next day. That’s when we found out the service you should be getting from specialists who sat down with us to explain everything we needed to know before shopping for an E ring.They could tell we didn’t know anything about the process.That’s also when I realized how shady Kim’s was. We got our deposit back from Mr Chin. Our service went to the second jewelery store who took the time to go through every tiny detail with us. If you want someone that will sit down, take the time to go over your purchase with you; go somewhere else, not Kim’s. If your just buying a new chain for your necklace that broke, I would say it’s safe to go to Kim’s.

Amazing service. They re set my ring from my mothers diamonds and i am so pleased. This store had the setting overnighted so i would get it right away. Stones were set in store while waiting. I am so happy with my ring. Thank you so much!

Great jewelry store!!!
Got my engagement ring resized and they were very nice and friendly. Came back to pick out our wedding bands and they understood what we were looking for and made it really easy for us to pick the perfect rings.

I've known and been a customer of Kim's Jewelry for many years. A few years ago I purchased for myself a 3ct. diamond ring. After one phone call to Mr. Kim, I felt pleased and confident that he would take good care of my son. Mr. Kim has a large selection to choose from and his prices are quite reasonable for today's generation of young people. My son went and picked out a wedding set and was really happy. Who else could be so trusting. The service of the staff was exceptional and pleasant. When looking for something so special, you have to feel comfortable and trust that you are being given the best service.
