Staff were very helpful and the store had the books my daughter was looking for to help with her school work. I like the sale section, seems to have a decent selection of quality books of all types.

The two ladies that helped me yesterday or are so wonderfully professional and helpful. They took an unusual situation and were able to fluidly adjust & resolve the situation. I can't emphasize enough how very pleased I was with my customer service.
I'm actually an infrequent visitor to the store because I live in Fort Walton Beach and had a gift card, but I will be visiting more often now, and I have become a member because of their kindness. I wish I knew their names. I hope by knowing that they were there yesterday morning around 10-11 on January 7th., you can please commend them and let them know how much I appreciated their help.

It first hits you when you open their front doors, that welcoming aroma of books and coffee! Best place to go for books, tablets, magazines, gifts, a comfortable reading area and of course the coffee and treats!

Great place. I used the location to get some school done. The only thing I wish they had more of were electrical outlets... I luckily managed to get the only one available in the café area, so I definitely would like more to be there.

Barnes and Noble is always great. This one was clean, smaller selection than I prefer but still okay. One associate was a little too chatty but he was friendly. Good overall.

They have a big selection of metaphysical books, it was a very nice selection. My Barnes & Noble in Texas never have these books so happy I found they! They staff was also very friendly and helpful.

I love this Barnes & Noble! People are nice, the store always looks neat and clean and I love their Café because you don't have to wait in line to get a good cup of coffee! The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and I always leave with great title suggestions and they have helped me discover some great reads. Definitely recommend it to everyone I know!

This review is 5 stars based mostly on the service of one particular employee. Not that this isn't a nice B&N, it is just that as one would expect. When we were checking out, my friend's son noticed a pin on the cashier's lanyard and commented that it was cool. Kyire A. made conversation with his son and gave him the pin and told him to take good care of it. The boy was over the moon, and I thought it was just the coolest thing for someone to share their mutual appreciation of something with a youngster in a way that he will remember for a long time. Kudos, Kyire!

Our boys love going here on vacation. When it's raining outside this gets you out of the house. Good coffee shop, magazine stand well stocked and very friendly staff to help you find any book you need. Good proximity to other shops and food.
