Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Barnes and Noble I forgot just how much I live this place. Books, tabletop games, coffee shop, and great toys for child development. If you haven't been in one for a while, do yourself a favor and go.

Love going to Barnes & Noble. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. They seem to always have just the right selection of everything from, of course, books to games and puzzles. Still sad that the Lincolnshire B&N closed.

I Love Books! Great buys today $5 classics by Melville and Shakespeare, Thoreau, Austin, Voltare, Dickens, titled such as The Inferno, The Odysseus. Paradise Lost just to name a few!!! I was on a cloud❤

It's very nice inside with thought provoking displays and inspired me to buy me first physical book in years. On the flipside, the books I bought were literally twice the price of Amazon.

I don't understand how there is a Starbucks logo but the lady working couldn't tell me what was in the new drink they had advertised. She said she was just filling in. So they have untrained people which is unsettling. Also this location doesn't accept Starbucks cards. She told me to go across the street.

Great bookstore no question and great location. BUT VERY RUDE STARBUCKS STAFF the guy that worked at the time 3:02pm October 24, 2016. The one preparing the ordered drinks for customers. I ordered 1 venti caramel macchiato with + 1 espresso shot. He handed it to me overflowing like literally leaking/overflowing drink and I was trying to wipe off and clean the drink for me to atleast lift the drink up but it keeps on overflowing so I asked the help of the staff that prepared it (note: I still was not mad at this time cause I tried to extend my patience cause maybe the staff is just tired or stressed and I didnt want to add to any of those) I asked the staff to atleast help me with yhe overflowing drink, THEN the Guy who prepared it LITERALLY took the drink off the counter and poured 1/4 of the drink off the sink including all the caramel on top of the drink and literally attached the lid back and Literally handed the WET drink back to me and TOLD ME "That's what you get for ordering too much SHOTS in a drink" like what? seriously? I was so disappointed of the actions of the staff and I just asked for a refund which the manager handled very professionally. Tsk if I could rate this starbucks 0 I would. REALLY.

I just love it there! Every time you walk in you smell the books and just want to explore it all and they are so friendly and everything is so neatly organized! Great place to shop or just sit and read a book!
