Amazing selection! My dog is getting high quality food & a delicious bone!! Super selection of cat food as well. The staff is so good, they treat customers with respect and courtesy. I highly recommend Bark N' Scratch Outpost for the discerning pet owner, you will not be disappointed!!

Called here to ask what they change for a certain product. I was informed that they could not tell me because there were people waiting to check out and they couldn't go check the prices.

I guess this is reasonable for a smaller place, but I don't think that the clerk handled it well and it guarantee that I won't be buying from here.

My favorite small business for all my pets. Employees are knowledgeable and friendly and if they don't have someting I'm looking for I ask and they'll order it for me!!

We started frequenting Bark N' Scratch Outpost after our family was made to feel very unwelcome at another local pet store because of our small children. The staff at Bark N' Scratch is amazingly friendly and helpful and we now love coming to your store. Most recently, one of my dogs went on food strike and we were having a terrible time getting her to eat (all vet visits were negative for anything medical). One of their staff members spent 45 minutes with us talking through our issues and sent us home with a giant bag of free samples and loads of advice. Our stubborn little pooch is now happily eating again, and we are forever grateful for all the help! We were already very happy with your store, but now we are forevermore loyal customers! Thank you!!!

Your price is comparable to other pet food stores (in one case it was less expensive than another big chain store).

I have been to this store a couple times in the past, and now I think it's going to be where we get our pet food and treats exclusively. They have tons of samples available, so you can try different foods to see what your dog likes- they have so many choices of high end food at reasonable prices.

We were helped by John, and he was very knowledgeable and kind, answering all zof our questions about the different kinds of food, chews, and toys. They also have a program on pet food- bring in 12 UPCs and receipts, and your 13th bag of food is free!

I can't say enough good things about this store. I feel very lucky to have B&S close to my house. The staff has been wonderful, so helpful and truely invested in the care of the pets of those who enter their store. Thank you B&S, you've made a life long patron.
