Have always had a positive experience at MD Custom. Besides prescriptions, they sell a variety of supplements and other health related items. (They also offer discounts.) The people are friendly and helpful. The presentations they offer on a variety of health issues are really good. MD Custom is genuinely concerned for the health of their customers!

15 minutes after I hung up with my Dr office the owner called me to verify my rx and explain everything to me. He went out of his way on a Friday afternoon to make sure I had my rx before the weekend. When my husband got stuck at work he even let me come late to pick it up and gave me his cell phone number in case I had any issues. Thank you Dan for being so truly caring and compassionate, and going above and beyond.

They require prepayment over the phone before even driving there. Will not bill insurance and charge another $50 to rush a rx needed for crippling pain nursing 5 week old baby resulting in being unable to nurse and needing to formula feed for days waiting for rx. Had nowhere else to go.
