This place is awesome! Sam at the bar is super sweet and fast! Great service friendly faces.
Music is awesome. Food is good but a bit pricey. However, if you are in need of truly gluten free, the kitchen may not understand. I asked whether the friers for the items on their gluten free menu were shared for other items. The server came back and told me the cook said, "The friers are shared, but that shouldn't matter because it's hot enough that nothing lives and is all burned off." If you're celiac or highly sensitive, you know that is the most ludicrous statement from a kitchen offering "gluten free." I just stuck with the modified hummus plate, which was fresh and excellent. My friends had sliders with onion straws and said they were "freakin' awesome."
In the past, I couldn't stand this place because of how loud the music was. You could only yell at the person next to you to carry out conversations. The music is at a good level now. The drink specials are pretty good and the atmosphere is relaxing. Would definitely recommend as a hangout spot. A little pricy, but worth it.
I go here on Tuesdays for the $1 burgers. The service depends on the waiter you get. Some of them are really considerate, while others can be annoying: occasionally you'll get one who nickels and dimes you, then puts the tip on the check, as if you wouldn't tip them otherwise. It also really depends on the manager on duty. The whole experience has gone downhill over the years as they've shuffled out better managers for stingy / mean ones, and driven off their better wait staff
Awesome deals on Tuedays, $1.00 hamburgers and 1/2 price beers. Affordable night out what else could you ask for. The service and the food is great.
We sat at the bar and had none of the bad service I read about. The Bartenders were all very attentive. The Happy Hour prices were great - 20 oz. Craft Beer Draft for $3.50 (40 beers on tap), and half price on select appetizers. We had dinner also. The Tuscan Chicken Pasta was an ample serving - good, not great. I wouldn't recommend the Fish & Chips. Overall a very good experience.
