This is the worst experience I’ve ever had here. I was moved rooms after my Xray and I haven’t seen my Doctor. I’ve been sitting here since 2:30 it is now 5:38. Nurse are being rude to patients, and are standing in the hallways talking. This is absolutely ridiculous! I WILL NOT ever come back. Idc if I’m dying.

An awful experience with a family member on several occasions. Wouldn't trust to treat a cold.

Will rate it less if I could. My husband was taken to ER by EMS because of two falls in less than 12 hours and severely swollen lower leg. Arrived at 2:30 pm on Sunday afternoon. They took him off Gurnee and put him in wheelchair out in the waiting room. Sat there until about 7:30 before being taken back. Left hospital at 12:45 am Monday morning without any diagnosis and told to follow-up with family doctor. Medical staff were friendly enough but service was ridiculous!

Yeah this is such a great hospital, to have someone with a possible aneurysm and seizures wait for 4 hours without being seen! I was so mad I took my kids and left.

One star is being extremely kind. I had a repulsive experience. Never felt so degraded in my life. I even saw a nurse snickering at an elderly couple who were limping, then turned to her colleagues and said "Is it 5 o'clock yet?". Do yourself a favor and don't request an appointment here. You're welcome.

I would not recommend anyone to go there! They didn't help me at all but they charged me a lot.

Came to the ER for pain in my eye. Filled out the initial form with my name and basic info and then sat down to wait my turn. 6 people. Not 1 or 2, but SIX different patients came into ER well after I did, and they were all checked in and brought to the back to be treated.. An hour and a half later (after I was the only person in the waiting room for 25 minutes) I had still not heard my name called, so I went back to the receptionist to see what was going on. They seriously asked me if I had filled out a form and checked in. My response was "yes ma'am. SIX patients ago. So I'm assuming that my social security number is just floating around somewhere That's nice". They found it discarded in the bin with the others and apologized, then got me checked in. After another 30 minutes I was finally taken to a room. Where I was told 3 different times "we didn't forget about you, the DR will be right in". I am sitting here TWO HOURS LATER and have heard every other patient in this ER be seen, treated, and discharged. The DR has YET to come into my room to check out my eye. This is absolutely ridiculous and the most horrible experience at a hospital I have EVER had. I understand that the ER works by priority and not order or arrival. But I've heard these patients stories and symptoms for the past 2 + hours and I am telling you that some of these symptoms are MUCH less severe than having vision problems and my eye nearly swollen shut!!! What an embarrassment of a "hospital"!!! Thank God I am not in a serious emergency. DRIVE ELSEWHERE!!!

Horrible experience. Can't wait til GHS takes over. Only a handful of the nurses and PCT's were perfect and actually did their job. And the security guards were very nice. Most of the nurses neglected their patients , won't say any names but the charge nurse in the ER is the worst. ALison

99% of the times visiting the ER department it's faster than the ones in Greenville. Also More Friendlier Staff .

Some of the kindest people we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. My daughter had her first son here and everyone was so kind and professional.

I visited the ER last night and it was the best ER experience I have ever had! Everyone was extremely friendly and did I not have to wait long at all.

I had a fantastic first visit at Baptist Easley hospital for a mammogram. Everyone from the reception to the nurses was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The hospital itself seemed brand new and well maintained. Two thumbs up!
