  We purchased a 37 year old home with shingle damage, inadequate attic venting and extensive wood rot in the siding. Jose and his team were outstanding. We received an extensive report from them outlining in detail the work needed along with the cost. This matched up with the extensive home inspection report we had already received. The Shield team showed up on time, actually starting the work earlier than promised, and did a remarkable job. The work done was such high quality and the price charged was extremely reasonable. My son was so impressed with the quality of their work that he is planning to have them work on his home. All in all just a great experience working with Shield.

  Shield did my roof about a month and a half ago and I wanted to say I’m very satisfied with the install of the roof, the punctuality of the roofers, the gentleman I was mainly in contact with (Jose), and the people at the office I was able to talk to. I wanted to wait until I’ve had some rain showers before writing the review. There was some hiccups with scheduling but it’s understandable that things can come up, the only thing that I’m having an issue with is the timeline of when I’ll get the info for my warranty, I’ve reached out once about it and nothing yet.

  Just got the paperwork for the warranty, I guess it just takes a little time.
