Worst airport in America. The staff acts like they are bothered to help the customers and they move SO slow. There was one staff member, she wore red, and she was fabulous. They should kick everyone out of there and start new. Customer service should be their #1 priority and that is just not the case in this situation. I wish there were an opening so that I could go and run that place. Such a quaint airport with such bad attitudes. Southern hospitality is definitely not see in this airport.

The TSA officers at this airport are the most incompetent I have seen anywhere. I watched a female TSA officer barking her orders to a young mom with a baby stroller who was having a hard time. Instead of offering some kind of help she just kept repeating her orders, only louder. These people have a chip on their shoulder, are rude, slow, like to socialize with eachother rather than work, and caused at least 20 people to miss their flights today since they don’t even start screening until the first boarding times for the early morning flights.

For small town airport, this one is actually pretty good. Good amount of parking, and even USO is there!!

TSA starts at 4am. if you have a flight that leaves at 6am you better get there early enough as not to rush. Use the ATM before you go through screening, if you don't you'll have to go through the screening process again.

Pretty typical for a small airport. My only big complaint is for the 6am flights. TSA won't start screening until 5:30am. Then not everyone has time to get to their gate un rushed.

I fly in and out of this airport at least once a month. It's always clean and people are nice enough. But literally every time I return, my flight sits on the tarmac for at least 15 minutes. It's an airport with 7 gates. I am sitting here on the tarmac as I write this for the last 25 minutes waiting for a ground crew, there is only one other plane here! Honestly, it would be worth the time and convince to drive to Raleigh and fly from there, a much better airport.

One of the finest small airports that I've ever used, and I fly a lot. Extremely friendly staff - I arrived early for one of the early morning flights, and left my cell phone in a chair. It was promptly returned to airport operations, who called my wife's number, who then told me where to find it! Everyone couldn't be nicer. Easy to find, park, and claim baggage. One of my favorite airports!

Security line opens and begins checking folks fully 5 minutes AFTER scheduled boarding times first thing in the morning. Given the backlog on the line, being prudently early won't necessarily help you reliably. The definition of 'being there early enough' appears to expand at the convenience of staff rather than the convenience of passengers. Desperately in need of a new director.

Good regional airport with friendly staff. The USO is small but cozy. Baggage claim is usually hassle free. The only downside are early morning flights. Don't worry about being earlier than about an hour before your flight, otherwise you'll be hanging out at the ticket counter where there is seating for about 10 while you wait for the airline ticket staff to show up to work.
