I had a pleasant experience at #1 cochran. Ron Gardner welcomed me and my whole family with politeness and care. The other person to thank was the Manager John to whom I owe for helping us with our budget on buying a new 2017 Kia Forte on 11/21/17. i wish i knew the mgr's last name. anyway thank you Mgr John. NOW back to Ron Gardner, this guy stopped us just before we left with our new vehicle just to show how to use all the equipment this car had to offer. I will buy from #1 Cochran again. thank you guys from Andy and Candy

Mike was a professional, easy-going sales manager to work with. He purchased our used vehicle at a very competitive price and put together a great offer on a new 2018 Kia Niro. We did not end up purchasing the vehicle from Cochran, but it was only because we found a used vehicle elsewhere that better fit our needs. I would highly recommend visiting Cochran if you're in the market for a Kia.

I had a fabulous experience leasing my new 2018 Kia Sorento at the #1 Cochran Kia Robinson location. I also looked at vehicles at their GMC store right around the corner (convenient to have both brands in such close proximity). The salesman named Donel was very knowledgable about the vehicles I was interested in considering, incredibly friendly, and not pushy (thank you!!). I did not feel pressured at all.

Once i decided on the Kia Sorento, Patty kindly spent the time walking me through the infotainment system to ensure I learned all of the cool features the car offers. Even the paperwork part of the process was quick and easy at this dealership.

I LOVE my new Kia Sorento and I would absolutely buy another car at this dealership! Highly recommend!!

This place is a joke Took my car in to get brake calipers repaired under warranty and got a huge run around from them Mind you they inspected my car 4 months ago and told me back brakes wear faster than front brakes 90 percent of the time on a front wheel drive Kia Rio . Well they don't ! Took it toy dealership I bought my car from and they couldn't believe the service coordinator Ken and his manager would tell me such a thing I reported them to cooperate Kia and will be having the BBB investigate as well as the Kia district manager .. I can't speak for the sales staff here but if you need your car inspected or fixed do not go here !!!

Well where to begin. I bought my car April 20th. Come May 20th, I still hadn't had an owners card. So I called. The guy who answered told me that it wasn't unusual. June came. Called. Same guy said it wasn't unusual. End of June. Same guy told me it wasn't unusual. I had to demand that I talk to someone about it. Someone from titling called and left a message that they fixed it. I called back again the second week of July. Finally a lady there started helping me. First of all, they never renewed my plate, so I have been driving around with an expired plate. Secondly, the paperwork was being held up because they had sold and titled the car to someone else - which they never told me. Now, I have to get a loaner while they are fixing all this paperwork. Word to the wise: Make sure they are selling you a new car, because mine was not. If the man would have listened to me the first 3 times I called, this could have been resolved weeks ago. I would not recommend buying here. I should've listened to my mom who also bought a Kia there and had tons of problems.

My new Kia Alien is great. Every aspect in choosing this car, i.e.,my questions, test driving, and making my way through the paperwork were expertly handled by Patti who made this experience a good reason to send everybody to this dealership!

I called last week to make an appointment for my new Sorento's 1st oil change. They refused to make me an appointment and said I get "quick service" and to just show up and I would be cared for within 20 minutes. I came in on my day off at 10am and they then told me "well it'll be about 40min." That's fine, I thought, at least they told me up front. It has now been an hour and my vehicle hasn't been touched yet. I asked for a manager and they said none were available. I explained that I tried to make an appointment to avoid this very issue and they said "the quick service people called off." I strongly DO NOT recommend ever trying to take advantage of their so-called "quick service"!

Updated: They finished my car finally at an hour and a half and offered me a free oil change next time (first one was already free as the car was new). Changed review from 1 to 3 as I didn't ask for that, they offered it willingly. I appreciated the effort.

CB Smith and I stop in at Cochran in Robinson yesterday to discuss options for purchasing a new vehicle. I already purchased a vehicle from them last year and was shocked and dishearten by the treatment we received last night. When we pulled up an older gentlemen was outside and ask us if we needed help. We told him yes and he said he would get someone to help us. We waiting a few mins and then he said he would help us. He asked what we were looking for and I told him I had a few more payments on my current car and just wanted to discuss options for a new SUV. He didn't appear very receptive when I said what we were looking for and actually gave us a look like, Really! Then gave us this bullshit price without even checking to see if we qualified for any incentives or loyalty rebates. Just said, it's gonna cost you THIS! He actually was very rude and made us free like we weren't welcomed and weren't qualified to even purchase the vehicle we asked about. 😩 Without even knowing that the vehicle I asked about, was the same one I traded in last year. Heck, I purchased my first vehicle from Cochran in Monroeville back in 1994. We 👏🏾had 👏🏾history.

But old dude didn't even asked for my name and when I said, I purchased from here last February, he ask who was the salesman and I told him I couldn't rememer his name but he sent me a card last month. He said a few Sales peoples name and I said, that's it, his name was Mike. He was like "well when you are ready, give Mike a call. Once again, didn't take my name and number and didn't even offer to go get Mike. What type of salesman is that? Especially, someone who said he had been one for 30 years. 🤔

Dude, really "profiled" us from the door. He wasn't trying to help, he basically told us you ain't wanted here. I have never experience anything like that when going to purchase a car. I posted a review on their page and will be calling their manager and letting them know that they have lost a lifelong customer and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Terrible experience. I was looking and ready to buy a used pickup from this dealer, called first thing on a Saturday morning and asked for specific pictures, as I was 3 hours and over 200 miles away, of rocker panel, frame, and cab corners and was assured I would have pictures by lunch. Around 2pm I called again and was reassured I would have the requested pictures by day's end. No pictures. Called again Monday am when they opened and talked to a different salesman, who once again said it would be no problem to get these pictures to me within a few hours, but was told that it had passed their extensive 130 some point inspection so it was bound to be ok. Still no pictures. Tuesday I hooked up the trailer and jumped in the truck and drove to the lot. Wasn't even on the lot 10 minutes as the truck was a bucket of rust, particularly the areas I had requested pictures for. Drove 6.5 hours and over 400 miles for nothing and a few tolls. Called on Wednesday to talk to a manager about my complaint and surprise, surprise none were available.but was reassured one of the two managers would call me, you guessed it, by day's end. 10 days later and still no phone call. Terrible service, would never recommend to anyone, ever.

We went in requesting information on a 2016 KIA Optima and the "holiday on us" offer. The agent Ron who met with us was very helpful and courteous, making the whole experience very pleasant. Towards the end of closing the sale, I met with Scott from the finance department and to say the least, I wish he was more honest and clear on what he sells his customers. We were convinced into signing up more warranty on the promise that I could cancel it at any moment, without any repercussions. After cancelling the added on warranty stuff, I came to find out that cancelling the add on stuff doesn't reverse my monthly payments as I had expected, instead just reduced the number of months on the loan. On a 25+ thousand dollar sale, this makes quite the difference and wish they handled this more carefully.
