Jeff Krivickas, the salesman that I dealt with, did an awesome and totally seamless and flawless job with my purchase. Excellent car and dealership. He even looked at the car that I was driving and noticed one of the tires was low. He offered to put air in it for me and upon inspecting it he found that there was a nail in it. He put air in it and even called a place about getting a new tire. Later that evening Jeff took it upon himself to personally deliver my car to my house which is quite a ways from Moon township. Jeff went above and beyond in every aspect of customer service. I will definitely recommend your dealership and tell everyone to ask for Jeff! Thank you so much!

I just recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Venza at Kenny Ross in Moon Township and I rode off in style feeling awesome! The staff at Kenny Ross went above and beyond with making sure my needs were met. I came there feeling discouraged and defeated because of my credit history, and I left feeling grateful, blessed, and appreciated. Robert, their Special Finance Manager, had such a positive and upbeat attitude and he was determined to get me into a vehicle, and most importantly, into something that I would love. Morgan, their Certified product consultant in the sales department was extremely accommodating and made certain my needs were taken care of. She even followed up with me a couple days later to make sure things were good, and to see if I had any questions and if there was anything I needed assistance with. Overall, the staff at Kenny Ross are truly dedicated to their customers; they made me feel so at ease and taken care of.

After I totaled my truck, I needed a new one quickly for work. Tyler was able to find me the same truck as I had, but with less milage and more updated features, within 24 hours. He went to pick it up at another Kenny Ross location and brought it to the Moon dealership for me to check out without having to drive across town. Not only was his service both exceptional and professional, but he was able to keep my monthly payment to a minimum, which was a big fear of mine. The entire process went smoothly and was very easy. I will definitely recommend Kenny Ross Toyota and working with Tyler to all of my friends and family.

Just purchase a new 2015 Corolla. Wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. After searching several car manufactures websites. I settle on Toyota. I located out Kenny Ross website and found what I wanted. I found out it was a manual but after talking to the sales person through emails and on the phone Jennifer said they had a automatic and I could test drive it that day. She would arrange to have it bought around. I got up to Kenny Ross a little latter then I told her but she had the car all set for me. We went for a test drive and I just fell in love with the car. I told her I wasn't sure if I wanted to lease or buy. Jennifer said no problem they would work up all solutions and then I could decided on which way I wanted to go. After all the information I decided to buy and she got the paper work together. Couple hours later papers were sign and car was prep and reading for me to take possession. But not until Jennifer took me around and introduced me to the Service manger and Business manger so me where to go when I brought the car in for service. Jennifer even check with me two days later to make sure I was happy and enjoying the car.

I called to see about a new vehicle on a Thurs. Went to his office with about 45 min. left before they closed. We filled out the credit app and I looked at and picked a car out. By noon the next day he had me approved and ready to go with a better car instead of a 2015 he got me into 2017 RAV4 Hybrid. Robert doesn't play around I felt he was honest with what he could do and he came through. I loved the service and after my purchase he called to see if I had any questions. I felt for the 1st time I wasn't taken advantage of and didn't have to spend a day in the office trying to buy a car. This dealership was top notch! Gabe went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the 4Runner I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a truck the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I would recommend Kenny Ross (Gabe in particular) to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

Jeff Krivickas helped me find the perfect used car for me. He was very quick to call me and set up a time that I could come out to the dealership and see the car in person. I had a very busy schedule and Jeff was super accommodating. He also did a fabulous job helping me to understand everything I needed to know about my new car! Very friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend him.

The sales man Gabe Cirimpei had good knowledge about the cars we asked about and showed us the difference in prices, options and the best value for the money. Currently the dealer has a 72 month zero interest and the sales man worked out for us the best buy on the car with $2000.00 back or the 72 month zero interest. It worked out best with the $2000.00 money back and with a great interest rate. All personnel involved were good to work with.( I was impress that the salesmen brought bottle water to us without us even asking, a show that the customer is appreciated.)

Getting to a fair price was quick and easy. We walked in at 9AM with research in hand and a price in mind and we had our new car by mid-day. Gabe followed up to make sure we were happy with the car and to see if we had any questions. It was a great experience all around.

We purchased a family vehicle from Brian Matty a couple months ago and were beyond happy with the entire experience. Then my husband needed a new vehicle for himself and we went back to see Brian! The experience was the same! He was welcoming, helpful and overall awesome. He helped my husband secure the perfect car! I don't think we will ever buy a car from anyone else or anywhere else! 5*'s for Brian Matty! 5*'s for Kenny Ross Toyota! Full disclosure, we did check out other dealerships while looking for both our vehicles-but nothing compared to the customer service and pricing at Kenny Ross Toyota!
