  Took my car hoping to get brakes and noises fixed and I was charged a lot but the service quality was poor meaning none of the issues have got fixed. And the brake issues as well as noises from my car still happening. Not worth for the price I paid.

  I worked with Matt in sales and Rick for the final purchase and I could not be happier with the car. I would specifically ask for Matt if you are to stop in, he is very laid back and will not force himself onto you. Overall a very good experience.
  
  The phone service was just okay, but the in person conversation was very helpful and straightforward. I will update my review depending on how long it takes for this car to break down.

  Wish I had read the reviews before I went here. The damage is done now since I bought the 2017 Pilot back in April of this year. They do talk down to you, they do get upset when you want to make a deal on the price, they do either sell the car or move it somewhere then tell you it is no longer available, they do not return phone calls. There are better dealerships out there that will treat you with respect and will genuinely be interested in selling you a vehicle. No I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and no I will never return.

  Pulled into Parking lot and with in 2 minutes AL Y. came to see me to see if I needed help. Very nice gentlemen, service was great, extremely helpful. No doubt about it I will be buying my car here.

  I was contacted by one of the salesmen about a Honda Civic I wanted and he was eager to bring me in to look at it. I told him that I wouldn't be able to get there until Saturday to look at it (didn't respond). I was then contacted by someone from Honda making sure I was able to get in contact with someone and to make sure I was still interested in buying the car. I told her I was seeing someone on Saturday and I told her that my father would be there in the afternoon to look at it for me. 1) Moon township Honda didn't even bother to call me and let me know the car was sold 2) he tried to sell me a car 3500 dollars more than the original car I wanted making it seem like it wasn't a big deal. Don't go here unless you want to look like a dumbass

  Scott was readily available to email/text with any questions and worked with me to find the exact Fit EX I was searching for - his willingness to communicate via email/text/phone made the process so much faster and he even worked with me to beat outside financing and get me an even better rate! Very pleased with the entire team at Moon Honda - it was easily the least painful experience I've had buying a car to date - definite recommendation!
