I'm not sure what the other reviewers were talking about, but I bought two machines last summer and they are fantastic! I spoke with Brad - who was very informative and he educated me on what I should buy (I had a friend who had bought a Bag of Ice machine for his convenience store, but I didn't know the business at all!) and he was awesome. My machines are beautiful, easy to maintain and I'm very happy with my profits! I did have an issue with one machine (unfortunately just when the busy season hit!). It took some patience, but it was on a 3rd party part which I got as soon as we realized what the problem was. It's a business, and you have to treat it as suchbut overall I couldn't be happier!

We own a car wash and decided to add an ice vending machine. After dealing with Garth the sales person we decided to move forward. That is when the trouble began. We were promised a 4-5 week turnaround time and that was tripled. When we would ask Garth said let me check with the factory. It was one runaround after another. Once we finally got the machine the problems didn't end. The machine dumps ice on the ground and if people purchase the 5 gallon water the machine won't cut off so it pours water constantly. The worst part is the company was aware of the issue and only after we called several times did they say they were working on it. This has been a terrible decision as we have to constantly field complaints about the ice machine. It costs over $40k so you would expect much more. Please do not use this company and if you still want to we will sell you one of their machines real cheap.

Sorry management I wouldn't even give them a one star. It's just a sorry establishment very unprofessional.
