My 2008 Ford F-250 diesel blew a head gasket and needed extensive repair. I was referred to Metro Ford by my diesel-loving friend specifically for David, their diesel mechanic. The price they quoted me was fair and they got the work done quickly. They treated me to a brand new F-150 as a loaner, which was a pleasure to drive. I had an alignment issue after the truck was finished, but they very quickly resolved it without argument when I brought it back. Michelle was very nice to work with. She was thorough in explaining what was wrong and the technique they were going to use to fix the truck. I appreciate the more technical explanations, as I enjoy expanding my mechanical knowledge. I will definitely be back for routine maintenance!

This review is for the service department.

My wife's car, a Ford Focus which we purchased new, started to have major transmission issues about 20k miles after our purchase, plus a safety recall for door latches. The folks at Metro Ford of Madison took care of both problems courteously, quickly, and free of charge. I really appreciate that they stand by their products. Scheduling our maintenance was easy, and the dealership even had a shuttle to drive me to work and pick me up, also free of charge.

All in all, I would do business with these folks any day. Everything was easy and straightforward.

Excellent Customer Service. Explained all Contracts well. Comfortable waiting room and one for kids too. Great Salesman. Great Sales Manager. Finance Manager explained everything and answered all our questions. They even called to see how our new purchase was going.

I had submitted an email request for a F150. I was contacted by Crystal Johnson. I went to the dealership and met Crystal. She was engaging, cheerful and very professional. She took some basic information and introduced me to Dave Burns. We discussed what I wanted in the truck and began searching 2017 models. They didn't have anything the fit my needs, but searched other dealers. Dave offered the suggestion that there were several used trucks that were equipped with the features that I was looking for. I found a used truck that suited my purpose. Dave spent a great deal of time going through the features of the vehicle with me. It was a pleasure working with Crystal and Dave. They were helpful, but I felt no pressure to make a purchase. A very refreshing experience. I would definitely recommend Metro Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

We had an absolutely amazing buying experience from Metro Ford of Madison! I contacted dozens of central/NE Wisconsin Ford dealers while researching our new Ford Edge purchase. Dave Burns of Metro Ford was hands down the best, most attentive and thorough sales person response we gothe was incredibly quick and responsive, gave us all the information and more we needed to make an educated decision, very transparent in terms of costs, and genuinely wanted to help us find the best vehicle for our needs.

We were able to all but finalize the deal via email, and when we arrived at their location in Madison, we were able to finalize everything quickly, and all the employees were so kind and considerate to us. Bob in Finance was so nice and helpful; Drew who showed us all our new Edge Titanium's features was very thorough, patient and super nice; and their General Manager Tony was very kind as well. What a positive buying experience, we cannot say enough!

In our 24 years of purchasing vehicles we have never been treated this well. We highly recommend Metro Ford to anyone looking for an excellent deal and a positive car buying experience. We drove 1.5 hours from Neenah and it was a drive WELL worth it! We'll be back!

We stopped in to check out a new Ford Edge and we were helped Gary Tresner. He was incredible thorough and detailed in his review of the car. He spent time with us even though we were clear that we were browsing and wouldn't be buying the car on that visit.

He still spent as much time as we needed to get comfortable with the features and test drive of the Edge. In the end the experience blew away almost any other dealership experience I can remember.

Gary is outstanding and if you are heading to Metro Ford be sure to look him up!

I went to the dealership to inquire and ended up buying exactly what I wanted. I had a list of "have-to'haves" and was able to purchase my car without any hassles, anxiety, or pressure. My sales person, Victoria Seals, was amazing and personable. Her supervisor was awesome and fun to work with. The entire staff was professional and friendly. I will definitely go back and recommend others to visit this dealership for their car buying experience.

My wife and I had stopped in to look at a used Chevy Truck that we saw in a mail flyer. Ed just happened to be walking by and asked if we had been helped, and was happy to show us this vehicle. Ed Riel was the best sales associate I have ever had. Ed exceeded our expectations and made our whole experience happen with ease. He answered all our questions professionally and was very courteous. Ed was very down to earth and made our visit that much better.

I would recommend him to anyone because he was very friendly and had a great attitude. We are very happy with our purchase!!

I worked with salesperson David Burns on the purchase of a new truck. The entire experience was fantastic. I emailed Metro Ford via their website to get additional information about a couple vehicles. Dave replied promptly and answered all of my questions. I went to the delaership later and Dave helped me narrow down the selection based on my needs and budget. The entire process went smoothly. I also met the sales manager, Kevin, and the finance manager, Brian The entire team at Metro was great. I am very pleased with the experience and my purchase, and I would not hesitate to recommend Bryan and this business to family and friends.

Prior to purchasing the new truck, for over 3 years, I had been taking my other truck to the Metro Ford Service Department. My service adviser is Michelle Hill, and I've always had good results. From oil changes, to new tires, to maintenance and repairs, the service department is great. The professionalism of the service department was a factor in my decision to buy a new vehicle from Metro.

My son & I bought a car from Gary T at Metro Ford. We saw a couple of cars on their website and went in that day with the intent of walking out with a car the same day. He was great worked with us the entire time explained the workings of the 2014 Ford Focus we had decided on. Everyone worked together to make it happen the same day from Gary to the finance department & we left just under 3 hours later with the car. My daughter and I went in on the snowiest day of the year. We both cars that would "go in the snow". I worked with Dave Burns - who was wonderful! There was a 4 wheel drive Ford Escape on the lot that was perfect for me. All the paperwork was completed on the spot and I am now very happy with my new car.
