  I had a great experience buying my 2006 Honda Odyssey. These guys are straight forward, no gimmicks. Morning and Sam were both helpful, showed me what was available and had me out the door in a reasonable amount of time. The Carfax are a huge advantage as well. I strongly recommend BNM auto.

  First I did not buy a car from here. I want to just because they have at least one person there who is such a great person. I was having trouble with my car and he told me honestly that I was getting duped by someone else, and eventually talked me out of buying a car, because I don't need it. These people could have screwed me good. They didn't. They were honest, helpful, and kind. These people deserve business.

  Purchased a 2002 BMW 325I. This dealership was great to deal with! Everyone there was courteous and let me test drive the vehicle and examine the vehicle with NO PRESSURE.The car is beauitful! I will definitely but there again..once again, THANK YOU FOR YOUR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE .

  I recently bought a SUV from here, although the man was very nice the cars are horrible. I drove all the way from Pittsburgh to new castle to make the purchase & soon as I got home the radiator cracked & I had to replace the whole thing, get it flushed & the filter changed & my heat still doesn't work. I also had to buy New breaks, roaders, struts & wheel bearings. & still gotta get a new alignment & to top it off the check engine light came on the other day Smh it's like what's next. I'm very disappointed in my purchase with BNM!!!
