This station is certainly near the bottom. Restrooms are uninviting. Boarding numbers do not matter, so get here early for a spot in line. There is no security check in, so anybody who's anyone can just walk into the station. There exist few resources for those who are having travel trouble to a destination. For being a major hub for multiple destinations, you would think that this facility would be top class.

Restroom is never clean, food pricing is way too high. I have 10% discount on food but the prices are so ridiculously outstanding I don't even bother. I'd rather walk to the 7 - 11 and get things there. Ticket pricing is the best thing Greyhound ha's to offer. Plus I can never understand the Spanish lady over the intercom, why is she even on there? Lastly, I've never seen so many homeless people in the same area, not good.

I've traveled a lot - and out of all the greyhound bus stations I've been to - this is by far the most dangerous and badly staffed station in the country. The amount of homeless and drug abuse going on in this building is actually quite menacing. I'd love to stop the review here and say that is all I dealt with. but it goes on. My first bus was late and I was expected to wait over 12 hours for a bus (making a 36 hour trip a 50+ hour trip). I requested a refund and then when that was aproved I had to stand in line to have it processed so I could go to the airport and catch a flight that was actually a third of the price of my bus ticket after standing there and speaking with a rep she made me wait in line again until she verified with a supervisor that she did indeed refund my ticket and then I had to wait for this lady to process every single person in the line multiple times over before she filled out the sheet of paper authorizing my refund. After watching this lady for roughly an hour of waiting - I witnessed what is easily the worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. There simply was just no overlooking how bad it was. She treated chemo patients and elderly so bad that I literally had to cheer them up and help them stay positive. After finally receiving my refund I was advised to wait at the station as multiple people had already been robbed just outside the greyhound that night. so I did and I didn't exactly feel safe. I should note - I'm a combat veteran and this place was no walk in the park nor what you'd expect to see in america. I'd also love to end the review here and say that's it but no to reiterate on what has been said by others the building is confusing even though it's small - the way they announce your schedules is unlike any other station I have visited and not intuitive in the slightest. Greyhound is simply the worst way to travel in America without question. Honesty - consider hitch hiking or alternatives before ever riding greyhound.

Bathrooms were disgusting. Employees were rude. I asked an employee if I was headed to the right line, showing him my ticket, and he said, "I don't know what line are you supposed to be in?" I wasn't sure what line I was supposed to be in, that is why I asked him and handed him my ticket.

Also, while in the restroom, (my luggage was outside the restroom), an employee took my luggage. When I asked what happened and I mentioned I should be boarding my bus and I needed the luggage. I got multiple reactions from the employees. All extremely rude and unhelpful. Finally after getting an employees' attention I had to demand they go get my luggage. All this time I am trying to make sure the bus did not leave without me. After bringing my luggage out, some other employee told me to apologize to the employee who got my luggage. When I refused to do it upon her demand, she tried to take my ticket and say, "I wasn't allowed to ride the bus." I just grabbed my luggage and ignored the lady and went to wait by the bus for the bus driver to come and open the doors. (Everyone else was already inside.)

Also, the people speaking over the intercom cannot be understood. Sometimes their accent was so strong you could barely even tell they spoke English, much less what directions they were giving.

The only pleasant part about the trip was the bus driver was very kind. 5 Stars for the bus driver, the rest of the employees were complete A-holes.

Absolutely rediculous, they checked my baggage in and refused to let me keep it to make sure it got on the bus with me, then they didn't put it on my bus apparently and now I have no idea where it is. I have been making calls for 3 days trying to track it down. I have absolutely no faith in Greyhound bus lines nor will I use them again, renting a car would have been safer and faster.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I have been through here many times and it is the worst Greyhound station I have been to. Maybe they are doing the best they can in this antiquated facility. Terminal is miles too small, understaffed, always crammed with passengers who are not sure where to stand or how to maneuver through the crowd to find food or a bathroom. The overworked, minimal staff can't answer their questions. Totally chaotic. There is no discernible p.a. system to help you; staff yell directions that can't be heard. If you ever figure out what line to stand in, you have to go through a greenhouse to get on your bus. I believe Greyhound's headquarters are in Dallas; the station here must be a total embarrassment to the company and a disgrace to the city. If possible I would rate it zero or less but the one positive is there are some exceptionally good bus drivers that go to/from Dallas. And there is decent hot food there if you can manage your way through the crowd.

Zero to be exact. Service is not their forte and they know it. At one point someone made an announcement and when we asked for clarification he snapped and said, didn't you hear me? Nope. The message was not clear the first time. What was supposed to be a 12 hour trip, including a layover in San Antonio, turned into a 19 hour trip from way down south. People deserve better.

Sucks is the best word to dicribe it. I dont travel much a bus drivers seem angry to answer any questions I undestand they got to deal with a lot but does it kill you to help a person just trying to get to a destanation. And the bus terminal is awful but I understand Gray Hound can't fix awful people but it's life they could have more security cause the past 2 times I been here there been cops arresting people who are in drugs or drunk I love grey hound the busses system is not so bad but the bus drivers are all angry as heck but if I had to deal with these crazy people riding these busses I'd would be pissed off too.

This bus station is always very busy upon arriving there or transferring buses to go to the destination in which I'm heading but in all my times having to go to this location I must say they are a very dirty place and I do understand it must be a hard job to maintain a certain amount of cleaning in such a busy place but I am always scared to use there restrooms and it is never clean and I feel they have a certain level of responsibility to maintain a clean establishment to make the stress and discomfort of there commuters a little less than it is. But other than that the people on staff are pretty good about being helpful and keeping us aware of where we should be and to assure we do not miss our bus!

The bus itself was really good, but the station is dirty and disorganized. Half the people were wandering around trying to figure out what line to stand in for their bus because everything was running an hour late, and the station was dirty and he food, overpriced. But they got the job done that I paid for, they got me to my destination comfortably.

Had an amazing timr. By far the best one we been to. Employees say us red and nervous and asked to buy us drinks and a place to sit. One lady even bumped us to priority because of my fiances medical condition and prayed with us. Amazing place and would love to come back again!!
