The absolute worst BMW experience I have ever had. I came here because it was about 10 minutes away from my house--I usually go to BMW of Plano. My right front tire had been slowly losing air over the last 3 weeks or so, and within the last 2 days had been at 5psi [flat] when I would wake up to go to work..The other tires did fluctuate to lower psi due to colder weather as expected, but the right front tire kept going flat. I work nights, so after I got off around 730am my tire was flat again, so I brought my car in. I explained the situation to the advisor which I thought would be an easy “slow leak” or “nail in my tire” diagnosis. I had my car brought back to me and was told that there was nothing wrong with my tire. I again explained what happened over the last few weeks, and that it wasn’t possible for nothing to be wrong with the tire and asked if they could take a look at the tire again. They took it back again and brought it back up after about 10 minutes and told me that there wasn’t anything wrong with the tire--they did a thorough inspection of the tire and they didn’t find anything. They said it just may be “weather-related”. I’m dead tired at this point, and let them know if I woke up the next morning and found that my tire was flat again I would not be happy at all. Went to sleep and woke up, and SURPRISE! My perfectly fine tire was flat. :/ So I had to air up my tire to get to work, air it back up after I got off (because it went flat AGAIN while I was at work), and drive to BMW of Plano, because I didn’t want to waste a single iota of time going back to BMW of Dallas. Especially since because I didn’t have an appointment 24 hrs out, they wouldn’t give me a loaner car [which was also to my annoyance the previous day when they told me that]. Went to BMW of Plano, I thoroughly love the seamless service drive experience and customer service from their staff. I got checked intold my advisor what was going on--he put me in a LOANERand guess what, upon inspection of my “perfectly fine tire”--there was a BOLT stuck in the CENTER of it (HOW DO YOU MISS THAT?!?!). Got my tire changed out and picked up my car late that evening.I went back to BMW of Dallas before I went to pick up my car to speak with the Service Manager, and when I walked in nobody greeted me--I was walking around to find an individual to ask if I could speak with the Service Manager….found this nice young man who walked me over to where he was and let me know he’d be with me in a few minutesSat and waited about 15 minutes..asked a service advisor I saw if the Service Manager was available….he walked over to his office and said he wasn’t in there, and then points to the service drive and says that “He’s the guy in the blue suit” and that he’s talking to someone, he’ll be back inside soon..and goes back into his office[Okay??thanks for that..] Waited another 10 minutes..walked back over to the nice young man who helped me in the first place and let him know nobody had came over to speak with me yethe checks and sees that the Service Manager is with someone else. I had more errands to run and I left my contact information with him and I also left a voicemail for the Service Manager and have yet to be reached out to. So in a nutshell I would never be back here for serviceI gave them 2 chances to fix my service issue and they failed. I don’t trust the competence of the Service at this location if you can send home someone who CLEARLY is explaining a slow leak/nail in tire issue and tell them nothing is wrong with their tire--thereby wasting my time (because I had to take more time to get this checked out AGAIN). This location seems to be lacking in basic customer service and follow throughI will gladly drive the extra 30 minutes to the BMW of Plano to have any service issues addressedand I was thinking about using the equity program they have herebut judging by what I have encountered here a few days ago, and the sales reviews..I think I will pass.
I worked with Ryan Chong. He did an outstanding job. It was by far the best buying experience I have ever had with a dealership. Highly recommend BMW of Dallas. Very friendly folks. They have a nice entertainment area which kept my kids busy while we were shopping. Thanks, BMW of Dallas!!!
This was one of the best experiences that I have had, I am sure it had to do with the fact that I knew exactly what I wanted. The rest of the experience was with sales/manager individuals that I had worked with in the past, so the comfort level was quite high. Ez and Alex, were very attentive and also patient. Lastly, there was Peter in the finance area, he too, proved to be a very entertaining man, again putting me at ease and answering all my questions. I am very happy and excited with my vehicle and the entire BMW experience. I thank God for opportunity because I believe timing is everything!.

Recently purchased a vehicle from BMW of Dallas and I must say customer service was impeccable. Walked in the door and was immediately greeted by Darrell Williams who is by far the top sales adviser I have ever had the pleasure of working worth. Darrell went above and beyond. I own a concierge medical group and am a stickler for customer service. I was truly impressed with the entire sales process. Wonderful experience. Mr. Williams and BMW of Dallas now have a lifetime client.
Two weeks ago I bought my X3 from BMW of Dallas. It was a wonderful experience. Specially my salesperson Mr. Alex Guzman. He makes my dream come true. Though it is my third BMW but for some financial issue I never thought I'll possible to get this car now. But it happened and the process was easy and quick. I'm hundred percent satisfied and thankful to all the team members of BMW Dallas. I'll recommend all my friends and family to them.
I will never buy a BMW product from any dealership outside of BMW of Dallas. Cris Weeks - what a guy. Absolutely the most professional, courteous and honest person I've met in this industry. He tried so hard to dealer-trade for 5 different vehicles around the metroplex that met my specifications; all were unavailable. This is usually the point when the dealer tries to convince me I'd rather have something in their current inventory or gives up and lets me walk out the door. Not Cris. Instead he jumped into his car at 5 PM with a porter on a Friday afternoon and endured the worst traffic I've seen in Dallas in years. He went all the way to Fort Worth and delivered the vehicle to an event I was attending 3 hours later. The next morning we signed paperwork and he made me feel like this is business as usual. This is the second vehicle I've bought from Cris. I will continue to come back and support this wonderful dealership for many years to come. Trey in finance was great too - doesn't pressure you to buy things you don't need. Manager was awesome. A+ across the board.
Chris was great! He made buying a car a stress-free and personalized experience. I never once felt pressured; I could tell he genuinely had positive feelings about the cars he showed me. It was really nice to actually be able to trust your dealer. The rest of the staff was very friendly and accommodating as well. I will definitely be going back to this dealership in the future.
Our experience with BMW of Dallas was phenomenal!! First of all starting with the Client Advisor who was able to find us the car of our dreams which we had been believing and planning for. He was able to make sure we received it with a phenomenal package. To The Entire Team who made it happen!!! The BMW Tech guy is a Genius!!!
Then a special thank you to the Assistant Service Manager and the Services Team who provided great service concerning the inspection of our vehicle.
Everything was handled in a Very Professional manner and Top-Notch!!
We're so glad we came to this location!! Kudos To The Entire BMW of Dallas Team!!!
Amazing experience! Darrell was fun, professional, and answered all my questions to perfection. I don't know much about cars but he was able to address all my questions and concerns. He also did a great job in getting me a fabulous deal on my 430i series BMW. The financial department was wonderful as well. I love my car and I would recommend anyone to this dealership!
I recently bought a 5 series from BMW of Dallas. My salesperson was Darrell Williams. Darrell was great! Because I was coming from out of town and had limited time, I needed help with selecting a car and making the transaction in a very short window. After selecting a car over the phone, Darrell made sure the car was delivered to the dealership within 3 days and had all of my paperwork ready to go once I arrived. The experience I had with BMW of Dallas was second to none and Darrell has a loyal customer for as long as he is with BMW. Thanks to Darrell and the rest of the great staff at BMW of Dallas. Keep up the GREAT work!
EDIT: Funny they respond to this review about helping me "moving forward," but the Service Manager there tells me to never come back.
If you want BMW quality service and fixes, look elsewhere.
I went to BMW of Dallas for a fix due to an electrical fault warning. It was going to cost $1200, so I elected not to fix it. On the phone they also told me that there were some wires that weren't installed to their standard, so they suggested I fix the wires for $40.
I told them not to touch them; I'd fix them if they went bad, but the wires hadn't been a problem as long as I'd owned the car. So they agree not to do any work on the car. I would pay $190 for diagnostics. Until I got my car and pulled out of the lot
Surprise! Stripped wires and broken solder connections are now spewing out of my center console, and my auxiliary port is lying on my passenger seat, disconnected.
So I went back, and the manager Ricardo (Ricky) assured me it would be fixed for free (after suggesting I might be lying, "Are you trying to tell me MY guys broke this?"). I don't blame him for thinking that, as I'm sure he has to deal with many entitled customers, and his technicians probably don't do this often.
Conclusion: I paid $190 for the laborious task of breaking my auxiliary port, but they were kind enough to waive the fee to fix it.
Now if only they could compensate me for the extra day of waking up early and getting to work late.
EDIT: Reduced from two stars to one, because once they fixed the wiring issue that THEY caused, Ricardo Sandoval, the belligerent Service Manager, told me to never come back to that dealership.
Also, I should note that Shaun McCall, an Assistant Service Manager, was cordial throughout the experience. Still, I would give negative stars if I could. The only truly good thing about the experience at BMW of Dallas was the apple danish.
Epilogue: The $1200 fix was actually a $40 fix, because the only problem was a fuse.
Buying experience was great. Ahmed Ali went above and beyond to show me a car when I didn't have an appointment and came in 10 minutes before closing. The assistant manager, Tania, came out and spoke with us to ensure we were being taken cared of. The finance team and especially Susan was great and got me a great rate. I would definitely buy from them again.
Had my car serviced about a month ago so this is a bit of a late review. Regardless of that I'd like to thank Carrie Murphy and her team for taking great care of me on my last visit. The kind of service Carrie provided me was truly remarkable.
I was greeted promptly upon arriving and discussed the issues my car had and Carrie assured me her team would have my car ready in a short matter of time. Just as she said my car was ready during the time frame given. Throughout the whole process she kept me informed of everything that was going on. She also arranged for a shuttle to transport me to and from my home.
When I picked up my car she thoroughly went over the kind of work performed and gave me recommendations on what services my car would need further down the road. Carrie also provided me with a business card. I truly believe she is a great asset to the team at BMW of Dallas and I would highly recommend her to anyone going in for service.
Once again thanks to Carrie Murphy and the rest of the team at BMW of Dallas. Keep up the great work guys!
