Bought my car from these awesome folks !!!! HUGE selection of cars over I believe 4 separate lots, really nice & helpful group of people, when I say this i mean REAL people, they did NOT haunt to me to buy, more I think I haunted them because I was SO happy to find MY car.financing is super easy & they will walk you right through it for those of you that haven't financed yet, It is easily a 40 minute ride from my house, BUT WORTH IT !!!! I Highly recommend this place !!!!
We found Avon Auto Brokers by searching the internet for a used BMW. Our salesman Jack Rappaport was easy to work with, not pushy at all, courteous, a bit funny and just a great guy! Sometimes people go into a dealership expecting an overbearing salesman, but not at Avon Auto Brokers! Here you will get the best no BS service around!! The financial manager Jeff Fielders was easy to work with and worked to get us the best deal possible, and let me tell you, its a great deal including a 4 year bumper to bumper warranty! Avon Auto Brokers is a great dealership with a great staff. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high end used car.
Don't do it!!!!! I made the mistake of buying an 08 Audi A4 from them in April.salesman told me they have great mechanics that will go through everything. Got the car and a month into it the Low Oil light comes ontook it back to them and come to find out that they never even gave it an oil change, and then tried to charge me for it.3 months later my transmission needs to be completely rebuilt!!!!! Service dept. told me they don't have the equipment to even check the transmissions in Audi's, BMW's & Mercedes! Luckily I bought an extended warranty because I don't have the $9645 it would cost to fix that and the engine mounts that needed to be replacedI was without my car for 5 weeks and haven't had it 5 months yet. They're nice to u when you're thinking about buying, but after the purchase is made they could care less. I will never purchase anything from this place again.
Bought a few cars from here. They do an amazing job. Also are very helpful and welcoming. I always feel right at home when I come here. Thank you to Roberto R. and Tom for everything. I love my new car.
Jack was great and helpful. Had a great experience. We love our new car.
Updated: A couple of weeks after buying my car. I had some issues with a key. I spoke with Jeff. He took care of it, no problems at All! Thank you! Extremely happy.
Started 6/2/17 finally finished today 7/19/17! 1) Took my car as a trade on June 2. Still not paid off as of 7/19/17. Was told each time that I was all set not to make payments on car that I traded in. Got letter from bank 2 weeks ago that I was "delinquent" on my payments. Had to call the bank and explain that the car was traded in. They called dealer to find out when payoff was going out. Now my credit which was very good is ruined because the "delinquent" payment are on my credit report. Dealer said they would would correct it. I hold no hope of this considering the promises that have been made before and not kept. 2) Dealer did not have title at time of purchase. They Just got the title today 7/19/17. Gave me title and RMV one told me to go to DOT. Told them if I have to do all the running and checking on my bank loan . Why did I pay $495 for dealer fees? They paid my insurance company $25 to do the running. I'd do that deal in a heart beat too. I'll give you $25 and you give me $495. 3) The best part! Got my insurance renewal package 7/16/17. Car that I bought on 6/2/17 was not insured. I called the insurance company on 6/2/17 to let them know that I had bought a car. Dealer never sent paper work in. I was driving an uninsured and unregistered car! If I had been stopped the car would have be impounded and me arrested. Each time I went back to the dealer I was told that everything was "all set" and I could drive the car. WOW! Don't buy your next car here go someplace else.
Right out of the gate I had a bad experience. The day I was picking up the BMW X5 nothing was done that I was told would be done by the salesman Peter. Tailgate was broken, touch up a couple of paint chips and replace a side view mirror. NONE of this was done which I learned when I arrived to pick the car up. I brought the car to BMW for the work, I was there for 6 hours and the car was still not fixed. They put a sticker on it without telling me about the open airbag recall on the car which by the way Avon Auto never disclosed. In total I owned the car for 3 months, it spend over 10 collective days at BMW attempting to fix. Engine was leaking oil and surging. I was told that I would have to deal with owner Dana on this because I quote "it was above the sales managers pay grade". Dana never called! 3 times I was told he would, never did. I was told they would get me an SUV from auction and they would take the car back, I thought this was the path of least resistance even though I really did not want another car from them after this horrific experience. I believe this was just a line, they never brought in a car, nor did they ever call me again. I called and left voice messages that went unanswered. I ended up trading the car in and lost thousands!!! I listened to the sales persons on the phone while I sat waiting in the office to speak with the sales manager - they tell you they go through all the cars prior to putting them on the lot -total BS!! When I pushed them about all the problems with the car I bought, the many trips back and forth to Norwood, problem after problem they told me they don't go through them at all until they have a deal pending or are sold. This is a shady dealership with a shady owner that doesn't take responsibility for the lemons he is selling. Don't risk dealing with them, its not worth it!
My husband is in the market for a pre-owned Porsche Cayman. He is also considering trading our Saab for a pre-owned Bentley Continental GT. My husband called the dealership prior to making the 3 hour trip from Maine to ascertain the vehicles were still available. Upon arrival at the dealership, my husband noticed that the vehicles were filthy. Not only were they not cleaned, they hadn't been serviced or repaired. The owner explained that they don't do anything to them until a deposit is placed, and we would have to return a week or two later to finalize the sale. My husband was disgusted, and left without test driving either vehicle. We might be from Maine, but that is not how you do business. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
Large inventory as advertised. They don't push you to buy anything, which is also a good thing. But my experience here was not as pleasant as some others. It seemed they treat you like number, not customer. Price-wise, not really negotiable on my girlfriend's Lexus CT200hand put crap tires on it after the purchase.
Their service there was amazing. I had to come after hours due to the fact i get out of work late. They sat and waited for me with no problem! i recommended them to a few of my pals. Thank you guys!!
Dana the owner and Tom the service manager truly understand the meaning of customer service. Buying a used car is never easy, you have know idea how the car was treated before you. These guys gave me their word that they would take care a few issues that came with the car (which became larger issues, no faulty of theirs), and they delivered. I don't know of any other car dealer that would have hung in like they did to make sure everything was perfect and I was completely satisfied. I will be in the market this spring for an additional vehicle and my first and only stop will be at Avon Auto Brokers. If they continue to maintain this level of service, they will have a customer for life. Thanks guys, I truly appreciate all you did for me.
