I liked the no hassle way of doing things. Matheus and Everybody else I dealt with seemed knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions that I mat have had. No surprises throughout the process. All in all a fantastic car buying experience. Automax will be the first place I go the next time I'm looking for a used car.

Matheus was absolutely wonderful! He took the time to explain every detail of the car to me and got me the best deal possible to fit my budget. I appreciate everything he did for me. I never felt pressured or as if I had to buy anything extra. Top notch service. I would definitely recommend

I recently purchased a Car here at Automax. Matheus was great! No pressure, answers all your questions and is very detailed oriented. He ensures perfection at every step of the process and takes the proper time to show the car top to bottom at delivery. I will definitely buy my next Car from Matt. It was a pleasurable experience and I am happy with my purchase! THANK YOU!

I had a really nice experience buying a car here. At other places it took more than day to get completed with all the thing but over here I bought a within 3 hours. If you go to this place to buy a car I would suggest to work with Matheus he was the best thanks for the new car.

Highly recommended! Just Bought my car here and was very pleased with it and their service! They have a wide variety of vehicle to choose from. The place was even full of people when I went to purchase the vehicle; they mean good business. Matheus was my salesman and he was very professional and straight forward with his work I would recommend him. Overall great experience here.

Chris Trombley of Automax in Marlboro, Mass. was efficient and knowledgeable in handling my purchase of a Dodge minivan. Chris was direct and honest with all of the questions I had for him, and quite efficient in expediting all phases of the car purchasing. I would use him again to buy a car. Overall the Automax in Marlboro and Framingham (where I had to go to get the inspection) were quite professional. The only "gotcha" was a $599 document processing fee, 2x as high as it should be in my opinion. However this is something out of Chris's control, and I was OK paying for it since the car price was so low.

I've been looking at CRV's for a while now, and happened to drive by Automax in Framingham. I decided to stop in on a whim, I met with a gentleman named John Brita. He's the best salesman I've worked with, and I've purchased a lot of cars. He was very honest and seemed passionate about helping me get into a car that was right for me. I sat with finance shortly after and drove off the lot 3 hours after coming in!! Automax has the BEST service and the BEST prices!!

What a great sales person I dealt with at AutoMax! Luis Martinez had the patience of a saint working with me. I walked in the door not knowing what make or model I wanted, just knew I needed something larger than I currently owned and wanted a few bells and whistles. Luis took me around and steered me to what he thought would fit my needs, different makes and models etc.…no pressure. When I found what I liked, his negotiating skills with my trade were terrific. The deal was made! The icing on the cake though was some medical issues came up within in my family which restricted my time for drop off and pick up. Luis arranged to come to my home with my purchase and pick up my trade. That’s what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you, Luis Martinez!

Nice place. Great for good deals. I liked everything; from the good inventory . All makes and models I can find over there. And Natalia Valois is my favorite saleswoman . . I liked all the crew, but she is very kind and helped me a lot to find everything that I was looking for. I highly recommend her. Auto maxi is cool.

I had an amazing experience with Natalia Valois. She gave me the best car at the best price. Was willing to listen to my needs and gave me amazing customer service. Before leaving she personally made sure my car was detailed and perfect. Highly Recommend, every car I buy will be from Natalia Valois.

My husband and I were keeping our eyes out for a GMC Terrain or Acadia. I found a Terrain online and was 100% sure that was the car I was getting. I was in the process of rebuilding credit and Chris tried everything in his power to get us approved with payments in our price range. Unfortunately it wasn't possible with what we had to offer. The next morning he pointed us in the direction of a Nissan Rogue. I was convinced I would hate it but my husband told me to "just look at it". That same afternoon I went back to the dealer and test drive the Rogue. Let's just say, I am now driving a loaded 2014 Nissan Rogue and in love with it!!!!!! I instantly signed the papers and walked away with a smile! The sale was pain free and quick! I picked up my new car the next day (day 3) and do not regret a single second of it. Chris was amazing and if it wasn't for him, I would have never even considered the rogue (that I now love)

My first time ever dealing with Automax and what a great experience. I've bought many cars and dealt with many sales people and Matt was superb, he was absolutely amazing and one of the best. I would definitely give Automax the business again and refer friends and family. Frank was also a pleasure to work with and Mariana in finance was awesome to work with.straight to the point and down to business the way I like to do business and friendly at the same time.

Very easy, Rob was excellent! Not pushy or forceful in sales, simply helpful and wanted to put me in a car that I was happy with, not one that they want to get off the lot. Looking forward to driving my 2015 Chevy Spark - will update review to reflect vehicle performance if any mishaps, but otherwise absolutely a great experience!

I purchased a Nissan Pathfinder a few weeks ago and the process couldn't have been more painless. The whole staff was friendly and courteous and very efficient. Luis Martinez was very personable, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with! Ian also did a great job with his friendliness and knowledge of the vehicle during the test drive! I highly recommend the dealership, Luis, and Ian!

i had a great experience when I went down to auto max in Framingham! Luis Martinez walked me through all of my possible options that interested me, and had me feeling that I made the right decision without a doubt.
