My truck was rear ended, and this place was recommended by the insurance company, so i made an appointment for an estimate. As soon as the guy started talking, he began making excuses about what the insurance company would NOT pay for. as if he worked for them! On top of that, he continually interrogated me about what damage was caused by the accident, and what was not (its a brand new truck), to the point where i had to tell him that the investigation was over, and he was no J. Edgar Hoover. The way i see it this is the place to be if you are repairing a 1996 Pontiac, as judging by the way he described the repairs seemed very half a$$ed to me (yes, i have auto body experience). If you have a nice car, get an estimate from whoever the insurance company recommends, then just go to the dealer like i did.

UPDATE: As a career driver, i have been enough fender benders to know how this process is supposed to work. It was very obvious that ALL of the damage to the rear end of my truck was a result of the accident, but that did not deter the estimator from his cross examination. The reason for this was either he was young and incompetent (he didnt seen too bright), or that they get paid off by the insurance company for doing cheap work. either scenario is bad for the customer!

Wow! I had to get my rear bumper cover replaced via insurance claim means and I was shocked at how perfect the paint matched and the speed of service. I dropped it off at 9am (they pre-ordered the part the week prior after the inspection and assessment) and it was done by 4:15pm the same day. They painted and put on the new bumper cover and washed the car inside and out. I couldn't be happier. They worked effortlessly with my insurance company and the process was 100% painless. Won't be going anywhere else for repairs and probably any other service I need that they offer. Don't hesitate to have your car fixed here!
