Took in my Taurus SHO for some suspension and brake related issues. Took 5 days for brake rotors and a bearing which is unacceptable but I was kept informed by Chris Martin the service advisor. Real nice guy and easy to deal with. My car took long but it was fixed and returned to me clean, the way I dropped it off. Again, thanks Chris for the help.

Update: Went to the dealer again 2 weeks ago. I asked for a loaner this time due to the extended amount of time it took last visit. They were mad that I asked for one and said they only give them to lengthy repairs. Service advisor said it would be ready next day. Ended up taking 4 days so glad I demanded a loaner. I'm afraid what an oil change will take in this place. Anyway, I give them 4 stars because they kept me informed.

This was the best experience I could've had in purchasing my first car. The entire staff was so welcoming and Andre went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted (make sure you ask for Andre Lee when you go there!). The communication was perfect and when they say no haggle, they really mean it. No one pressured me to get a car that I didn't truly want. They helped me make the perfect choice and I love my new car. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is on the search for a car!

An AMAZING 5 Star experience!!! After walking out of a Ford dealership in Miami the day before due to the 'game playing' often associated with a new car purchase, it was a pleasure meeting and working with Andre Lee.

Andre was extremely knowledgeable about the Ford product, but more importantly, took the time to explain the many features the 2017 Mustang had to offer! The purchase of my vehicle at AutoNation Ford Fort Lauderdale was a very pleasant, pressure free experience. Everyone I worked with from the sales rep to the Finance Manager were honest and provided stellar customer service. It is an experience I will not forget.for all the good reasons.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment with them. Scott Sandbach helped me, and his service was incredible. He listened to me, and he made sure I got the best treatment. He also made sure to call the rental company for me at the end of the day, just to make sure that I would be set for my upcoming appointment. The service was great, and that's why I keep coming back!

My experience at AutoNation-Ft. Lauderdale was the most pleasant
experience I have ever had at an auto dealership.

Mike Gabrial is a consummate professional. He took the time
to explain the many options on my car, sometimes more than
once, when I had a question.

He went over the contract with me line by line so I could completely
understand what each line refereed to. No games, no smoke and
mirrors, just straight forward , honest dealing.

Jaimie Romany came along to apply the finishing touches to
the deal. Again, just straight forward dealing.

Both men are a credit to AutoNation.

This has been a great experience. Mark Tison, my sales person was awesome. He was very mellow with no pressure. He was very, very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. He was also very knowledgeable about vehicle service, additional Ford products and warranty's that were available. He worked with me and with my requests for my new vehicle. He was VERY patient and accommodating. He went above and beyond with he excellent Customer Service. He stayed well within my budget and did this all with no "High-Pressure" games.
He worked with a great team of associates, from CPO to Finance. This buying process was easy and hassle free.

I've been dealing with Eddy McDonald for the past 9 years by leasing cars from AutoNation Fort in Fort Lauderdale. He is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He is personable, cares about his clients and gets you the best deals possible and on top of that he knows his cars and how they compare with the competition. Robert Choate also did an amazing job stepping in to give me a great tour of my new Explorer. I loved my experience and I love my car. I would recommend this dealer and these people everyday, all day.

I had a tremendous experience with AutoNation Ford Fort Lauderdale! I live in Orlando but made sure to make the drive down to them because I heard of their legendary service! The entire staff was so nice and very helpful with everything! We have been coming to AutoNation Ford Fort Lauderdale for about a year now to service our vehicles. We have always been very satisfactory with their work. Recently, I came in for a service and walked out with a brand new Ford! The team at AutoNation Fort Lauderdale is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We worked with Jaimie and Ryan from Sales and from the very beginning it was a great experience. They were not pushy whatsoever, instead they really took the time to find us the best car for our wants and needs, and at a great price! I had specific wishes for my car that were hard to find but they went above and beyond to find me the perfect match; searching the state and then getting it in their lot that evening. I had such a wonderful experience working with AutoNation and Ryan and Jaimie. They made what could be a stressful scenario easy and exciting. Even after you drive off the lot, the team ensures that you are perfectly happy. They really make you feel a part of the AutoNation family! My first thought was that the dealer fees of $799 was high for a $11,000 car - there are lots of dealers with $250 fees. The car however was in better than average condition and AutoNation provided a free Carfax. I bought it sight unseen and was not disappointed. Justin was our salesman and he sat in the car and gave an honest and accurate description of it. The tires were new, the brakes practically new, engine clean and no dents or very much interior wear. My financing wasn't accepted so they put a clean Capital One plan together immediately. My wife just got in and drove 1,029 miles home with complete confidence. Perhaps we paid a little more but we did get a great deal!

Went in just to test drive a Ford Escape, and ended up driving home with it! Mike was a perfect salesman and easily sold me the Titanium Escape! They also appraised my current car for the value I still owed on it! Fair, no haggle pricing and amazing financial advisers too!! 10/10 would definitely go back to purchase another car once the 7 year/100,000 mile warranty runs out!!

Cole did an exceptional job. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Fusion and explained features thoroughly. He was extremely responsive. He came across as transparent which is a high bar for car salesmen. I had not bought a car in a while but this was enjoyable. Lindsey was also a pleasure to deal with and kept things simple.
