Ordered 10 wings for $12.99, half of them were burnt.
It’s a good sports bar but don’t expect good food. It’s nice they were open for Christmas and the staff is super nice but food sucks.

I have been going here for years. I have known and became friends with many people. I enjoy very much stopping by during lunchtime where I can relax and enjoy the employees, especially Tracy. We have known each other for many years and I find her to be both pleasant,and efficient.

Been coming for lunch regularly for 2 years now, Traci is always my outside bar bartender, and Brittany the waitress and they normally have a beer waiting for me by time I sit down, what service!! Food is very good, fairly priced, but there are many local choices in that category, it's Traci and Brittany that keep me coming back on a daily basis they are always friendly and welcoming. If you're looking for a lowdown, friendly experience check out the outside bar at lunchtime!

My girlfriend and I come here every Wednesday for lunch on our day off together because we love the ambience of the patio and SPECIFICALLY Tracy!!! She is awesome! Absolute sweetheart, and we're always so happy to see her! ❤️

Damn Tracyhow long does it take for you to refill my drink? it seems as though I have to be an older white person ordering 3 appetizers for you to ask me if I want another 2 years now I've given you a chance but ultimately, you're not the bartender any of the night Crew represents. So sad!.. I stopped coming here because of this same reason. No personality too! I came back after 4 months and she still sucks. Word to the wise: if you're looking for a great time early afternoon, don't come here during afternoon hours when Tracy is working the outside bar!

Visited on 10/26/17 8:30 ish p.m..Fantastic wings, great burgers, delicious ribs. We have not been to this place in a long time, last night my husband and I took our 4 kids. Can we say great service by Ronnie and Carolina!! The place has a great laid back atmosphere and an arcade area for the kids to enjoy. They were so accommodating and even though the Bar area was busy with the Dolphins game, we still were served like it was not busy and the quality of the food was great. One of our kids did not like what he ordered(so embarrassed didn't want them to think we were giving them a hard time and offered to pay for it and just take it home) but the servers were great and understanding and offered him something else. The kids got some tickets and Ronnie, Carolina and hostess were great and patient with them with the prizes. We will be back.

I'm a regular here. I always get the wings and Buffalo chips. I feel like they really have a handle on things, and Jessica the server makes it worth to keep coming back. She's amazing and deserves every ounce of praise.

I've been coming here for a while now. And every time I come here it's just gets better and better. In not frigging kidding. The people are amazing, the food has never disappointed, and having 20 tv's around you is a plus. Its a relaxing and slow setting so i can unwind from a long week.

Consistency is not their strong suit! Be sure to ask for no grease with your chicken.The Buffalo Chicken Salad was a disappointment. The lettuce was brown and wilted and the chicken came in a pile of grease. The whole meal was inedible.

Used to be the best place for wings. I love small buffalo wings and for some reason their wings have been getting larger and larger. Not a fan of large wings. I like little crispy ones. Bring back the little wings!

The wait Staff were friendly and attentive. The food was served in a timely manner, was hot and tasted good. The new item, BEER CHEESE, was excellent.

Whole lotta mediocre.
Went to watch the playoffs with a friend and was less than impressed by everything from the entertainment system, to the food.
First off, the speakers were way too loud, an all the TV's were on the wall which makes watching and eating quite uncomfortable. I ended up staring (awkwardly) across the restaurant to the nearest TV which was at least 20 feet away. I wish I was joking, but they still had plasma's, like come on.
Also the menu was lacking and the food made no effort to make things right. I got a flat bread pizza, my friend got wings and both were lack luster. The saving grace was the ice cream brownie, BUT that doesn't require cooking. Unless you include the 30 seconds in the microwave. Than yeah Totally nailed it
It wasn't all bad though, because they definitely weren't short on staff. The waitresses were all dressed for a great tip. Too bad I'm a cheap guy who doesn't tip more than required by societal expectations. They all seemed to shuffle back and forth at an almost obsessive level, but I'm not judging.
The floor by the bar was extremely slippery and I saw people almost wipe out a couple times which made for good entertainment to compliment the game. But the staff made no real priority to cleaning it, despite there being almost as much staff as patrons in the place.
Lastly the parking lot was full for no good reason and I had to park across the street. I thought surely the place would be packed, but the whole front section was empty besides a couple employees looking lost and lonely. Only the bar area where the TV's are was somewhat filled.
I'll probably not come here again especially since the Bru's and Miller's right by my house are closer and better in just about everyway except their waitresses have nothing on this Bru's. At least in the looks department.

I have been eating at Bru's Room for over 20 years and I always loved it but today I went to eat there with my boyfriend and the service was REALLY BAD . We had a " GUY " waiter with long nails and he gave us really bad answers when I told him that the wings were too wet. He was that nice and told us YOU ATE THE WINGS, AND WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO? but in a really nasty way. Unacceptable! You don't answer a customer like that, I don't think so ! I don't think he should be working in a place like that with those nails and that attitude.
