Pulled in with a non-NRS trailer for service while on the road. Staff was amazing, bent over backwards to help and get me back on the road. Go see these folks - genuine customer care!

Great service, lots of parts in stock. They actually read my email from the night before, and had looked up my part when I called first thing the following morning. When I got there I was surprised at how much they had on site, and ended up shopping and grabbing a couple other things I had been looking for. Great place- nice, clean, organized and good prices.

Had a C & M flatbed installed on my truck and price was exactly as quoted. Install was good no rattles and I think the transaction was as smooth as could be expected. There was a mix up on getting the correct bed for year model of truck due to its an older truck. Therefore, it did take a few days more and somewhat more labor to install I am sure. They stuck to original price. Thank You for the good service.

We traded in our sooner 3 horse on a brand new Cimarron stock combo . Was told my trade in was worth 7500 so we did the deal. Went to sign the papers and the trade in value was now 7400. The sales person i was dealing with was Chance . He made a phone call . I was told that they will mail me the difference on monday. That was a month ago. And today I call up there and Brad the manager tells me that he was quite certain that the value was 7400. Then in the same breath he tells me he is certain that the check went out last week. I live 20 miles south of decatur. All the nrs stickers on the new trailer are coming off I WILL NOT ADVERTISE THAT COMPANY I THAT IS THE WAY YOU DO BUSINESS. I will never do business with them ever again. CHAD PRICE

Took truck in to get gooseneck ball checked that they installed and they charged $85. to fix their tack weld! A weld I suggested be welded completely around the base of the nut which the mgr said "oh no we never do that"! But story today is "we weld completely to make them stronger" Kinda weird they didn't do that the first time..WILL NOT BE BACK for parts or SERVICE!

NOT HAPPY..
Made a deal on a fifth wheel they had for sale to include making sure everything was working properly and operational. Five days later after many calls and e-mails they decide to basically charge me for the repairs it took to make everything operational and raised the price 4,000. Not impressed with the service and very disappointed David Isham would tolerate that kind of crooked dealings to take place under NRS. Spoke to a few other people to find there are several people who had the same problems and were forced to shop elsewhere. My money is good elsewhere.response / report this review -

Took our gooseneck rv here to replace awning and battery. Have called back twice saying it was going to cost more. Said .4 hours to remove spare to add battery cutoff. Called back and said awning roller gear was broken and needed a new gear. Think twice now about buying anything from them. Waiting for the phone to ring again to see how much this time!
