I got the interior of my car detailed here and they were great! They noticed my tire pressure light was on and told me the nearest place I could get air for free. They even took time to help me with a couple of small questions I had about the blue tooth in my car at the end.

I have an Infiniti SUV. Upgraded with a system that the "book" provided would not work in my vehicle. Your people worked around that. Upgraded my reverse camera. Excellent suggestions for upgrades. Only hiccup was the blinkers didn't work after install because of integrating the control buttons on the steering wheel. Brought it back the next day, and your service tech fixed it in less than two (2) minutes. Will absolutely do business with Car Toys in the future. Thoroughly enjoyable experience.

I had a radio put in with a different company in my truck a few weeks back. It sounded great for a days and then started making some kind of fuzzy crackling noise. I was very unhappy and I called the place I got it done at, they said they couldn’t help me, that when it was put it there was no noise so they couldn’t fix it. So, I decided to take it to this Car Toys to see if they could help me out. The manager Anthony was so nice and went out of his way to make sure he got it looked at right then. He messed around with it for a few minutes and finally he found the problem, just like that!! It was a fuse that was blown ALREADY?! He didn’t charge me to fix the fuse; he helped fix it and I was out the door in 20 minutes. Their customer service is by far, the best that I have seen. By far has been the best audio store I have been to, will for definitely be back to this location in the future!! Thanks for all the help Anthony!!

I have done a lot of upgrades to my vehicles at Car Toys just off Bryant Irving over the past 15 years and always loved Car Toys. Over the past 4 years
I have been very dissatisfied with the store, but the store has been completely replaced and I had an alarm issue a few days ago that was taken care of beyond my expectations. The store has a bad name due to the old team but I assure you the new manager and new team will make sure the customer is happy. I dealt with Lane the assistant manager and he went above and beyond to take care of my wife’s alarm. 10 stars to the new team!!!!!!

At first this was a great experience. When I first went in I told an employee what I was there for and where I was sent from. He was very professional and took care of me and said that I would have an appointment set. So I went today for the appointment at 10am and everything seemed greatuntil 12:30 rolled around and I noticed my car Haden been touched. Multiple people can in and out dropping their vehicles off and getting them within 1-1.5 hours. I asked why it was taking so long to get my car in and they claimed that their bays had vehicles from when they opened even though you could clearly see the board where all the vehicles were written(mine was the second from the top with multiple vehicles crossed out except mine) So I waited. They finally pulled my car in at 1:40 and it was out by 2. I don't see the point in an appointment if I have to wait around 4 hours for something they can clearly do in 20 minuets. I didn't plan on wasting my day in a waiting room. I was nearly to the point of telling them to give me my keys and cancel the work order.

Wish it was possible to give them ZERO STARS. Highly would not recommend this place for any car needs. My subs they installed just randomly stopped working and was told I would have replacement subs in 3-4 days. 3 WEEKS later, they got my subs in, and when they put them in they still don't work. Also have had other problems with friends and this car toys. Sat up here at car toys for 2 hours one night after they promised they would be done the day before and they didn't get them done. The workers here that work in the shop, are absolutley incompetent. The only decent person who took the time and effort on my truck was the store manager, Anthony. Other than him, I was beyond displeased with this store.

From the sales rep locating the best way to bundle items together in order to reduce cost, to the professional installation I received. The gentlemen at Car Toys in Fort Worth provided excellent customer service, and will continue to give them my business!

Cartoys is simply the best in how they work with the customers to when they install till when they finish! Constant communication and honesty for what might fit the needs of your car personally! No pressure environment! Rodney fit the radio for my car to perfection! Can't say enough about Bradly as he is phenomenal at what he does and is great with the customer! This second time I've been here and will not go anywhere else! You guys are truly appreciated and as my kids get older this is where we will go for ALL of our car stereo needs!

Took my truck in for a new radio b/c my year old one had been stolen. I knew the wiring had been screwed from the other car radio store's install guysnot one of which spoke English, so it was impossible to communicate and get it done right the first timebut CAR TOYS Bryant-Irvin got it done RIGHT! They were very patient listening to my concerns and assured me they would get everything done to my satisfaction. And boy did they ever. Truck sounds better than it has in years. DEFINITELY trust these guys to take care of you. Brandon was the best installer. Try and get him when you go in.

Staff was nice, Joey was helpful. Problem was that they didn't have all the parts I needed to install items in my truck.

I wanted to bring the truck in Saturday for them to install and told Joey this, he told me to call him later and let him know. OK" well I'm telling you now but sure I'll call again later to tell you the same thing well I called the store three times later that day to confirm the appointment and nobody answered, guess they were busy and the phone just rang and rang. So now Saturday morning I head down there and call them on the way to confirm we are good and I find out there is not an appointment, and no way to squeeze me in while I wait. Maybe they can squeeze it in if I drop it off but I was expecting an appointment that didn't get made.

Not sure I'm going to make any effort to get everything installed here, maybe if they call me back but otherwise I will find another store.

I went in to get a radio and system installed plus an interior detail. Cody Parker did a great job on the detail and David Parish did a great install and sub box build. Plan on bringing in a 95 model k5 blazer to get system installed also.

If you are looking to use Car Toys in Fort Worth, Don't!! They have very poor communication between each other. They told me to come in for a install. When I got there. They didn't have hardly any of the inventory that was told to me that they would install. Being that I also brought my own amp, skeakers and navigation system. Was also wanting a few subs and some other speakers but they didn't have it. So I asked them to just install what I brought. They said sure. So they worked on it and I picked my van up the next day. It supposedly took them almost 9 hrs at 85.00 dollars a hr to install two component speakers, one amp and a navigation system. They said they would also detail it. The following day they called me around 7 pm and said they were finishing it up. I showed up around 8 pm and they were still working on it. They were closing at 9 pm. About 10 minutes before they closed they said it was ready. They guy working closed out my ticket and said it was over 1700 dollars for the install. Way way too expensive. Almost 900 dollars was for labor. Okay so I get in my van. The speakers they installed didn't work, they set off my airbag sensor and didn't tell me. Had to bring it back the next day and leave it once again. Four hrs later they call me to come get it and they said they couldn't do anything about the airbag sensor. That it was like that when I brought it in. I discussed the bill with them about the labor with the guy in charge and they said it was right. Well at least my speakers and my navigation system is working but I now have to take my van to a mechanic to fix a airbag issue that they caused. No refund on labor. Don't take your car there. Save yourself money and do your research on other places that do good work and don't completely rip you off.

I chose Car Toys at Overton Ridge to install my truck's sound system that I had pieced together/brought with me because I've known Ken Merritt (Car Toys Installer) since middle school and knew he did awesome, professional work.

Ken did an outstanding job of installing my sound system, not taking any shortcuts and his attention to detail was excellent! To finish everything off, I had him use their steam extractor machine to clean all my carpets and cloth seats. My interior is now cleaner than the day I drove her off the dealership. I highly recommend Ken Merritt for your mobile audio and detailing needs!
