WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I had a rebuilt transmission placed in my van. It took them 10 DAYS to get it rightnot once did they call me to let me know there was a problemI HAD TO CALL THEM EVERYTIME!! They have the WORST communication skills EVER!! They admitted they "DROPPED THE BALL ON THIS ONE". Jay and Jeff had ZERO sympathy for my big family!! TEN DAYS without our vehicle is OBSURD! When I got my van back it was below EMPTY and my van was SO dirty! They didn't even CARE! I sure hope I can help someone by writing this reviewif you do decide to take it heremake sure you call EVERYDAY to see if they are even working on it!response / report this review -

just about 250,000 now. I would like to say thank you all so much for the rebuild you did on this 2007 ford freestyle . The long lasting trouble free rebuild so far form 125,000 /04- 2013. I thought i would show my gratitude for a great job you all did . Judy And I thank you

Have worked with chance in the past and they have always done a great job, very friendly, prompt service and love the experience I always refer people to chance because of my great experiences. My vehicles run strong to this day and If they do fail it won't be because of the transmission.

#Angels come in all shapes and forms. Josh the owner of Chance Transmissions was mine today. Blow out my transmission right out side Wichita, Kansas yesterday and he replaced my transmission today. He was backed up with other cars but he fitted me right in immediately. Since it took him all day to do it, he gave me a car to drive around for the day. Thank goodness I'm must be doing something right. Well back on the road again. #HighlyFavored #Blessed #RoadTrip

I was having trouble with getting my car into gear, and thought I needed a new clutch. They checked my car out for FREE, and by some sort of magic got it back to working with a little adjustment. I will be back if I have any issues with my transmission.

We took our '05 Suburban to Chances to get the transmission replaced. The shop was really clean and so was my vehicle when I picked it up. Jay was really nice to deal with and the final bill was spot on with the estimate. The wife is back on the road and happy! We highly recommend them
