Absolutely lifesavers, there is no doubt about it. My boyfriend and I were on a very long road trip from Montana to New Hampshire, on our way back the car broke down 4 miles away from Undertaker Towing & Repair. I gave them a call, saying the car needed to be towed, Mike gave me a quote that it would take 30-45 minutes, to our surprise a guy showed up 10 minutes after the phone call. Russell had the car loaded up on the tow truck in less that 5 minutes and we were on our way to the shop. They looked over the car and the prognosis was not good. We didn't have a place to stay, no plan B, we we're freaking out and very emotional about the whole situation. Our car got picked up at 2:30, the shop closes at 5, all the employees stayed an hour and half after closing, working hard and brainstorming to fix my car enough to get us to our next destination that was 230 miles away. Everyone there was so generous and understanding of our terrible situation. On top of working after hours, being overly generous, hard working, and determined to get us back on the road and home safely; they wanted to make sure we made it back to Montana safely. I cannot say enough good about Mike, Russell, and Brandy and there determination and dedication to their customers and the well being of everyone they work with. I told my parents all of what happened and the extraordinary services, they called Undertaker offering a paid for dinner and drinks. Mike declined their offer and said that if they would like to give back to us, please donate the money to Saint Judes Hospital. Needless to say, if my car ever breaks down again, I hope I'm close to Dubois, PA! Thank you Mike, Russell, and Brandy. YOU SAVED OUR BUTTS!

Highly recommend these guys! We were traveling through this area at night on our way to New York City when the rear right tire of our Town & Country blew out. The Auto Undertaker staff was friendly, prompt, and professional and went out of their way to assist us in getting back on the road!

Friendly and helpful service. These guys will pick you up anywhere you need your car to be towed from. Good mechanical Service as well as a good place to get tires.

Absolute best service anyone could expect. Our truck broke down on a Sunday, and we had no expectation of getting back on the road in less than 24-48 hours. The owner towed us in, called his tech on his day off, diagnosed the issue, and had the truck running before we could finish our lunch at the local diner. Personable and honest, quick and skilled and an unbelievably fair price. If we ever have car trouble again, I hope it's in Du Bois.
