  I'd like to extend my thanks to Doug Hunter and everyone at Hunter's garage.
  Now that I'm home safe in Cleveland let me take a minute to tell everyone that Doug is kind and patient and helpful, even to stranded strangers. When my car broke down in the mountains of Pennsylvania on my way home from New York the AAA driver suggested he tow it to Hunter's Garage in Hyde PA near Clearfield. Hunter's was quick and thorough in examining my car and patient with my many questions. We quickly determined what should be done next and to shorten a long story: My girlfriend and I made it back home safely and quickly thanks in part to Doug Hunter's knowledge and patience. I recommend him and trust him.

  What more could we ask for in a mechanic?! Honest, thorough, straightforward and flexible. We brought our vehicle (99 Suburban) in for a look over. Doug gave us an incredibly detailed breakdown of what he thought needed immediate work and what could wait. Everything was backed up with pictures and notes. We brought the vehicle soon after to have a lot of the work done. We couldn't be happier with the results and will recommend Hunter's to anyone we can. Thanks and we'll be back!

  Hunter's Garage recently worked on our daughter's Chevy Malibu. They seriously took extensive time and effort to find the problem. They went over everything with a fine tooth comb. They gave us great advice and treated us with great respect. They didn't rush our decision process, they actually cared. We would highly recommend them again. Tom & Kim Flander

  Just called with a question about my car and the lady was very rude. Extremely disappointed because I've heard great things about this garage. Will NOT be making an appointment here.

  Hunter's Garage is a great garage with a family atmosphere. They take awesome pride in their work. And Doug stands by his work. I have recommended family and friends that have had car trouble. And they have been tremendously happy with the quality of work that was done. No matter how small or big the job is, it is done right the first time.
