Their phone system is bad. When calling to set up an appointment the phone cuts off and when trying to call back the line is always busy. Need a new phone system. With all the money they are making they can afford a better system.

They have free water, coffee, and cookies while you wait foevyour car. There is also a kids room witha t.v. Test driving isn't good though. I only got to drive down a road with no traffic. I asked around and I was told that was a typical experience.

Yesterday my wife and I visited this store for our first service visit & we wanted to share our experience. We were very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. They greeted us in a timely manner & explained how & what was gonna happen. Upon delivery, they took the time to explain what was inspected & answered our questions.
This was by far the best experience I have had when dealing with a service appointment. We wanted to make sure everyone knew the service employees did a really good job. People are quick to complain & slow to compliment, so I thought I would take the time to let it be known about how well we were treated. We drove from over an hour away & have no problem passing up other Toyota stores for service like this!
