My wife had a low tire pressure alert come on during her trip through Woodstock this morning and stopped here to have it checked out. Megan greeted her and seem genuinely concerned about the situation. She had her pull around the back right away to have it checked. Vito checked pressure in all 4 tires and filled them to the proper levels. He was also very kind and really cared about getting her back on the road. When she asked about what she owed Vito said there would be no charge. So happy to know that there are still businesses that care and have such kind and genuine employees.

Had tires installed last year and they put on the wrong size. Went back this week for a leaky valve stem and tire rotation. They rotated my tires first and said the valve wasn't leaking, it was the bead. That's because it was the wrong tire checked. Took 2 hours for the work to be done right. Incompetent staff.

About 5 years ago when I moved into town I started coming here. I have 2 family vehicles as well as a work vehicle. They have never suggested work that was unnecessary or not needed at the time. On the contrary they have helped me organize and plan ahead to keep my vehicle's running tip top for a long time to come.

Disappointed Last oil change I had a burned out break light. The young man asked if they could change it, and it would be $8. I agreed since it was a fair price for labor and a bulb. Now, today my wife took my car in. Other break light was out. Now all the sudden (maybe because she is a woman) they want to charge $8 for the bulb, and $30 to install it. That shows a lack of integrity, and I can no longer trust them. Trust is huge when I cannot make it to the mechanic on my own. I need to know they will be fair, and honest no matter me or my wife being there. Will not go back. Lack of trust is a slippery slope downward.

About 7 years ago I first went to Auto Tech Centers in Woodstock because I thought I needed a couple of new tires. At that time the manager, Greg, who has since retired, looked at my tires and told me I did not need new tires yet, that my tires would be good for a couple more years since I only drove locally. I am a handicapped senior and everyone tries to sell me something. They did not. They were honest and that convinced me to continue using them. Every time I have had a problem or needed an oil change, they have taken care of me on the spot. They are helpful and courteous. I would recommend them to everyone.
