Bought a car in September with some issues! The buying experience was very good, but we picked we picked the car up at night (mistake) and the next morning noticed two things. The floor mats were Autolenders brand (cheap and didn't fit) and the car was not detailed (found M&M's and had an odor). We called about the floor mats, and we were told that the factory floor mats didn't come with the car We won't be buying from Autolenders in the future!

My husband and I both bought cars from Auto Lenders in Voorhees this summer. Both times we used Anthony and he was a pleasure to work with! He was so accommodating and worked hard to get us deals that would be the best. I brought my dad with me the second time and he was so impressed that he plans to buy his next car there too. Great quality for a great price and great people to work with.

First car buying experience I've enjoyed! Before I found Auto Lenders, buying a car is always a nightmare, between pushy sales-people, non-transparent pricing, and the manipulation tricks at the dealership. I bought a Honda Odyssey from Stephan for my growing family, and received great customer service. The price was good, and he wasn't pushy at all! I'll definitely be back when it's time for my next car.

Kyle of Auto Lenders of Voorhees offered me a laughable $200 for my 2008 Ford Focus on the basis that the title was not clean, but "salvage", after a carfax report done on site by the dealer. This vehicle has been appraised by a reputable mechanic at $5000. After calling USAA, and paying $25 for my own report I found out what I already knew to be true - the title is clean! I called Mike Comito, Director of Vehicle Purchasing, to address the issue, but was unable to speak with him directly. The person I did speak with admitted that the title is in fact clean. He went on to cite minor structural damage in 2009 as the rationale for lying to me about the status of the title of the car, and offered no apology for the dishonest business practice. This may be a great place to purchase a vehicle, but if you are looking to sell do yourself a favor - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Really simpleWhat a car dealership should be!! No pressure from sales associates and plenty of automobiles to choose from. They were able to put me in a 2015 vehicle at the desired monthly payment I needed. Very professional and extremely helpful to boot!! Will only go to AutoLenders for any car purchases I may require in the future.

I would never have thought to go to Auto Lenders: I didn't know about them and would have visited a dealership. But upon recommendation from a family member, I checked them out online. I found the car that was exactly what I was looking for, so I called to check on its availability. I was given an appointment, and when I pulled into the lot, the car was placed right at the entrance. Stephan, my salesperson, was right there waiting for me.
From there to completion of the transaction everything went very smoothly and efficiently. All staff members I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. During 40 years of buying cars, I have never had such a wonderful experience and will definitely return for my next car. Kudos! Thank you! See you in 3 years (or sooner for my son's or friends' auto purchases.) All my best wishes to Auto Lenders and staff for continued success.
