BJ was absolutely awesome! Super friendly, and accommodating to my needs. And Jason was very funny and informative during the whole buying process! Got a great deal on a 2015 Toyota Corolla, and I couldn't be happier! I could recommend these guys to anyone!

My wife and I purchased a 2016 Subaru BRZ for our son on 12/1. Our salesman was Joe. I have purchased dozens of vehicles in my life. This was honestly the easiest and most worry free experience I have ever had while purchasing any vehicle I have owned. I would highly recommend anyone to go by and check them out if you are thinking about making a car purchase. I will definitely send my friends and family that way. Other car dealerships should stop by and take notes on how these guys do business. Thanks again Joe 👍

Excellent customer service. 'This was the easiest car buying experience ever! I found the car online, the salesman gave me information, I went to my credit union & took the check.I was out the door in less that 30 minutes. The car was spotless, and was 6k less than the Toyota dealership. I love my Prius! I will definitely be going back to this dealership❤️

My experience at Auto Advantage was excellent! As a single mother with a daughter going off to college I was impressed with everything from the professional and polite way they treated us to the time they took to really listen to our needs. My daughters car was totaled so we went in for one car, and we left with two as I traded mine in. The entire staff was friendly and courteous. Not only did they provide us with a vehicle that is safe, and reliable but they have customers for life. Thank you Kevin and Christopher.

My husband and I have bought several vehicles from Auto Advantage over the years as our vehicle needs and wants have changed. We have always had excellent car buying experiences. The sales team took the time to listen to what we were looking for and what our budget constraints were. No one ever tried to pressure us into something that wasn't a good fit for our family. Also unlike other dealerships we didn't spend all day getting the run around. Everyone was upfront and honest so there were never any last minute surprises when it came time to sign the paperwork. I highly recommend this dealership.

Great experience. 2nd vehicle we have purchased here. No pressure. Dan met me as I walked out and listened to what I wanted and found vehicles that fit that. Did not attempt to show me "something close".

These are the guys who give used car salesmen their reputation. I went through True Car Sell and Auto Advantage was the winning bidder on my Tacoma. Within my description was included notes that it had a few scratches on it. Upon reviewing the vehicle with an employee named Jeremy at Auto Advantage I was told I had not included any such description. I told him he was wrong and to look at the True Car report. Even after seeing the report he tried to tell me I had not included any description of the scratches when clearly I had. He insisted on reducing the payout on the vehicle. I ended up selling the vehicle for THOUSANDS more to another party and they told me it was still under priced.
@Response from owner: You guys tried to call Toyota's floormat recall fix "damage", no other dealer that looked at the vehicle felt the description was inaccurate. The experience and your response will drive me to continue to recommend to everyone I know to avoid your business.response / report this review -

I had the pleasure of selling my truck to them. I was contacted by Will, about my Tacoma seeing that I live in Chesapeake, VA I thought it was just another inquiry. After a quick pro quo we had a game plan for my sale and came to an agreement. They matched my asking price, met me at the place as we planned, and finalized the deal. The sale and transfer was smooth and headache free. Their hospitality and honest business ethic is bar-none.
Weather you are selling or buying, Advantage Auto has your best interest in mind; securing the faith that honest business still exists. Which with most things now a days is a hard thing to find!

Sold my Honda Civic this weekend to Auto Advantage. They couldn't be nicer or more prompt. Deal was made over the phone in 10 minutes, driver flew out and met me in Dayton Ohio the next business day, cash in hand. Excellent service. Even followed up to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.

Auto Advantage is a pleasure to work with. They were respectful and only showed me vehicles in my price range instead of trying to sell me something I couldn't afford. I worked with Eric Newman who was very nice and helpful when it came to the negotiation process. I walked away with a new (to me car) at a price I could afford. I would definitely reccomend them!

We recently purchased a vehicle for our daughter from Auto Advantage. This was our first time to this dealership and we were not aware of how they do things, but within 15 minutes of being there, Gage already have a vehicle pulled around for us to look at. The rest of the day went smooth as we had found the right vehicle with the right price for our daughter's first car! Gage and Jeff made the transaction seamless and we even enjoyed the wit and humor from the Finance Manager. Thanks Auto Advantage for a good experience!!

Ok so I am not normally one to post any reviews! That being said, I am amazed at the diligence, professionalism, and care that this company has taken in getting me into a vehicle! I am in customer services myself and I am always on the lookout for exceptional service! These guys I worked with one on one (Eric, Paul, and Dustin) not only made my experience care free, but also incomparable to any other dealer I have used in the past! Believe me when I say they will do whatever they can to HELP you get a vehicle that is not only what you need but at a price you are looking for! My husband and I recently bought a car from Eric at Auto advantage and had a great experience. He was helpful, accommodating, and willing to negotiate. We got the car that we wanted for the price we wanted, and they made the titling/registration process painless- they even called my insurance company for me. Auto advantage treats their customers with respect and doesn't insult their intelligence- as a young woman, I'm used to being condescended to or price gouged by mechanics/salesmen. This was a refreshing experience in that respect. If you're looking for a used car in Hendersonville, check these guys out!

I have got to say that my experience at Auto Advantage was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The vehicles they have are all in excellent shape and their prices are well below the competition. The staff is amazing as well. I worked with Jason Davis who was very professional and knowledgeable. If you are going to shop with them ask for him. He is the best. I will be sending all my family and friends to him. Seriously ask for him. You will be treated with kindness and respect.
