Very nice mall! I haven't heard of any crime here. I saw a patrol car doing rounds in the parking lot around Christmas time so I felt safe. All my favorite stores are here.

A great variety of stuff. I recommend their Earthbound. The people in that store are so sweet and easy going. Wasn't too fond on the food court only because the woman working at the Great American Cookie place had a really nasty attitude. Little blonde girl. Their stores are really well stocked and I love the hospitality. The janitors should get more credit for how well they keep the place clean.

For a smaller mall they have great stores. Everyone seems really nice. Coming down from Pittsburgh and not knowing much about the mall. People didn't mind answering my many questions. I will shop here next time I visit Augusta.

Small mall, but nice area with outdoor access storefronts with regular indoor traditional mall stores as well. Several restaurants including PF Chang's and Chop House (I think). Only have tried PF CHANG'S. Small Best Buy inside mall had very helpful associates who took time to answer my questions as well as the endless questions of my talkative 11 yo son. Not a bad place for a quick stop and shop while passing through Augusta.

I recently arrived and so far so good as far as appearances go and the store selections. The Barnes and Noble is so far my favorite place. There is plenty of parking and it’s relatively clean outside and in. Best time of day to go is early in the day while most people are working. That’s when it’s less bustling and more manageable experience. I’d have to say that my expectations are quite manageable and I’m easily impressed when it comes to malls. Overall a great experience.

I'm not a fan of malls in general. But Augusta Mall isn't too bad. The ladies in Sephora are always friendly, helpful and know their products well. The only thing I don't like about the Mall is how congested the parking lots are.

Still going strong!!!! Was there this weekend with my granddaughter and her sister and had the best time with those two girls. The mall is still so well maintained.

There are some great stores at the outdoor part of the mall as well as a number of very good restaurants to choose from. Parking is convenient and the outdoor part of the mall is nice. Like many malls, the indoor part of it is less impressive and features mainstream stores. The outdoor mall features a nice steakhouse, a PF Changs, and a few other decent restaurants that are newer and reasonably priced. The indoor mall is largely focused on the food court and lots of stores for athletic wear, hats, costume jewelry, and inexpensive clothing. Go Outside!

I absolutely love the Augusta Mall! Not one complaint from me. They've got every type of food to cater to anyone in the food court. I love the fact that you do see security all around the building. The landscaping is just beautiful. Let's not forget that they have all of the stores that 98% of the people look for when it comes to shopping for just about anything. I enjoy my trip everytime!

Something for everyone from high end boutiques to your regular J C Penny's, Sears, Macy's, as well as any type of food you could possibly want. Centrally located to many hotel chains.

Nice little mall. Has a lot of the essential mall stores, but if you want a larger selection, you may need to go to Columbia or Atlanta.

It's a great mall. I was impressed with how many higher end stores they have there. One thing that tugged at the heart strings was how they had ride-able scooters in the shape of big stuffed animals for kids and I saw a family to include grandparents riding around. If my kids were here it would definitely keep them entertained while the parents go shopping
