This place was booming. Lots of holiday shopping and the stores had many staff helping and running the registers. Food court was fun, clean and had variety. Santa was there on duty. Bathroom adequately clean. Good parking. Amazing deals worth the drive from retail prices in Atlanta

Great outside shopping. Awesome deals at every store. Perfect place to go when you want to get out of the house and enjoy the day. It's a little far away from the city, but the nicest things are hidden.

The experience was nice and and the shops were not too crowded to detract from every one that I visited to NOT be able to provide excellent customer service. Parking was plentiful within easy walking to reach the first shop on my list and the food court was a delightful stop for a cup of coffee. Good quality merchandise at reasonable prices in a well maintained outdoor mall setting Highly recommend!

Just a large outlet mall. Most of the stores are just extensions of larger stores. We only go here for a few of the stores. Those are hit or miss on their selection, but hard to find elsewhere such as shoes.

The stores all have covering so if it does rain you will not get that wet. Only going from building to building will there be open air. Decent if your drive is less than 30 minutes and you know what you are getting.

    Worst gatekeeper.
This review is meant for the Tory Burch Outlet store at the North Georgia Premium outlets.
"There was a big line to get into the store on Thu. Thanksgiving day. So to avoid the crowd I let my wife in to shop and i waited in the car. After my wife finished her shopping she was short of some money so she called me to get the money. I went to the door and asked the guy to let me in. As per the policy that day I was understandably not allowed in but he was the rudest and meanest that one could be on such a situation. I told him the reason why. His words were I DO NOT CARE. Meanwhile my wife's cell battery was off and I could not call her to come outside to take the money. I told this guy to see if he can call her and again he was very mean and rude.
I waited at the door and saw her in the crowd inside and I knocked at the window to draw her attention and this gate keeper threatened me to call the police on me. I believe his name was was Tony (not sure)"

The buildings were nicely kept up and there were little to no grime. Prices in the stores are quite high though with such low variety of companies. Some of them were also unorganized and made things difficult to find. Even so there was great customer help and friendliness. I would recommend for a quick afternoon stop, nothing to plan your day around.

If shopping is your thing you will feel at home here. Bring comfortable shoes. If it is a holiday, come earlier or be prepared for long check out lines at some stores. I usually look for online coupons for the stores I want to go to. One thing that lacks at this outlet is a nice food court. The food is not good at all. It is a good idea to bring your own food or take a shopping break and visit some restaurant available in the area. There is an ATM machine available, and even if you are travelling with an international card you can get money from it.

Most of the store's in the mall usually have good sales and give out very good coupons. I have never had a problem with any of the employees getting help when I need it. The store's I have been in go above and beyond to make sure you have what you came for

Have to give kudos to the mall staff. We were looking for Eclipse glasses and someone mentioned they could be found at the mall We called as it was a 20 minute drive and they said they were out but were expecting another shipment on Monday, Eclipse day and if they came in they would call. (yeah right!) Well Monday came and at 10:30 Joann actually called and said the glasses were in and only cost $1.00. When I got their Joann was their and sold me 2 glasses. After the sale I had lunch at the food court and shopped at a few stores. Wow customer service lives. Now I would go back often even though they are 20 minutes away.

Excellent outlet mall with several name brand stores. Deals were great. We got some great stuff at an affordable price. The food court had some good choices too, but they were undermanned. It may take a couple minutes to get service.

Many stores. Wouldn't go in the rain. Love Ruby Tuesdays as a starting place to meet cousins, etc from "the hills". Usually clean, good bartender, food fairly good. Then walk around the mall, shopping for specific items I want or need.

Lots of shopping options in every category. Good discounts too. I would have given it 5 stars if there were better eating options. There are very few food options with not too great taste.

Most of the stores are getting closed down. Parking is convenient. Little pricey during off season. You can find good deals during thanksgiving and Christmas. It's little far from Atlanta and no good restaurants around this place. Cafeterias ok. Not so clean. Crowded and dirty. Not very many restrooms either.

Great stores with good selection. Love the pottery Barn outlet, ESP since they have a PB kids section. Tend to get all my kids clothes during sales for super low prices at Gymboree, Ralph Lauren Kids, gap, or carters. Great places for adult shoes. Also love the Vera Bradley & Kate Spade outlet. They have a good kids outdoor area as well. always clean walkways. They could use a better selection of food court choices, but there are several good options within a mile driving distance.
