Was extremely disappointed that the story and ballet was changed for the Nutcracker ballet. My grandchildren have attended at least 4 times and to not share our favorite dances was such a waste of money and enjoyment. You took away the magic, beauty and thrill of our day. What in the world were you thinking to bring in this new choreographer with dreadful backdrops, ugly costumes with cowboy boots and the actual performing was not up to the previous standards. Shame on you!!!!

First off this is an experience just to be in this theater. It has been fully restored it is has perfect acoustics. The decor is unreal not to be believed. I have attended many events there from classical music to rock concerts to ballet. This is a must on anybody's list that is going to visit the city of Chicago it is outstanding.

Left my wallet at the theatre while buying water. Called the theatre 1 hour after the performance. The phone was answered by the Front of House Manager, he had my wallet and waited for us to retrieve our car and drive back to the theatre. We loved the theatre and the performance. The customer service was beyond our expectations.

Been to many concerts there in the past 35 years. Great acoustics and not a bad seat in the house.

Really beautiful auditorium! However the staff was very rude! I attended a concert earlier this week and was sadly surprised of how the staff was treating their guests. Very poor service. Instead of calmly explaining or warning people their staff was yelling, almost pushing guests around in order to move. They even spilled someones drink while passing by. That is very disapointing. Hire and train new staff with better customer service skills!

I don't plan to go back. I found it to be a confusing venue, yet Beautiful! I am sure if you go the university, it would be less confusing place to be on Mother's Day 2017.

I attended the Joffrey Ballet's Nutcracker at the Auditorium Theatre in December, and though we had a mishap with someone sitting and refusing to leave our box seats, London (Usher), Carl (Manager) and Noé (Front of House Manager) were EXCEPTIONAL in rectifying our situation, accommodating us with the best seats available, and overall providing an amazing experience. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced!
