Awesome place. Matt is the best when it comes to installing everything from basic stereo systems to show quality ones. Also remote starts back-up cameras. Basically everything. They are the place to go

Great service. Polite staff and manager/ owner. I had the key remote start fitted on my manual car and have been satisfied for a long time. Recently I had a slight issue where the car wouldn't start. They were able to accommodate me on short notice to troubleshoot and fix the issue (loose wire).

Only gave this rating due to nice items in stock. But other than that the staff was acting as if they didn't want anybody browsing . I felt as if the guy thought I was going to steal something. Even though I just spent 500 on an amp 5 min before I started browsing. Not to mention I have over 5200$ in the system in my truck. I would go to the greenwood store if I was anyone else. This place is a joke. But they do have plenty in stock though. Such a shame for this location.

I went here a few different times for different upgrades to my system. After one upgrade I noticed the next day a scratch on my steering wheel, likely due to a ring or something scraping against it. It's on the bottom of the wheel and once I felt it I couldn't unfeel it. Having no proof of the bottom of my steering wheel's condition prior to the visit I just dealt with it.
I also noticed a scratch on my Head Unit screen. You can only see it in the right sunlight but it's fairly noticeable. Again I couldn't find any proof of my screen before the visit so I just accepted it. I found some pictures on my old phone today of the screen before I had the work done and you can clearly see the scratch wasn't there.
As far as the install it was of pretty high quality. I've had no issues with the workmanship aside from some wires coming undone due to vibration and me having to take the car back for them to be reconnected. If you use Audio Source I would recommend taking before and after pictures of your interior in case anything does get scratched of damaged. I'll probably go somewhere else in the future just because I don't want to have to deal with stuff like this from an install.response / report this review -

Matt and the crew did a fantastic job from the preliminary attention and quick responses to my pre-purchase questions and needs, all the way to follow up on the equipment and instruction of use. Very professional and clean installation of new sound system and rear camera with a few other accessories!

They did an awesome job replacing my failed stereo in my truck. Added some tweeters and a small amp to run all of it and the sound is incredible! The installation is flawless. I highly recommend.

The best place in town to get any and all of your car audio needs. They do everything from simple stereo installation, to elaborate custom work. Radar detectors, monitors, remote start, alarms, they do it all. Only place my family has gone for years.
