First time I went there a couple of years ago, I made an offer on a Cadillac Eldorado that they had, salesman came back and told me, that "they would rather take it to the auction and sell it", no counter offer no nothing.
Then about a month or so, I got their mass mailer, come in and get a $5.00 Walmart card, while I was there I seen a motorcycle, that I fell head over heels for, asked the salesman for more information on it, and he informed me that this was a car lot, and he made his money selling cars, not motorcycles, and proceeded to walk away, leaving me standing there.
So I wouldn't recommend this place to my WORST enemy.response / report this review -

After an initially disappointing experience with a different member of the sales team, Josh Branum, his Sales Manager, and the Finance staff (I'm sorry, I can't remember your names) totally redeemed my faith in this dealership. They worked with me on price and accessories, kept me informed during the process, and ultimately got me out the door with the new Tundra that I wanted. Hopefully a true win-win! Thanks again Josh!

Not impressed with the sales rep Scott. My step son was not allowed to look at a car with out filling out a credit app.
My daughter picked a truck he said it was going to be a certain amount on the monthly payments then after she let him do all the paper work it was going to be 80 higher than they agreed upon. He told her to cancel her life insurance policy and she could afford the truck! What a real idiot! He told her 24 year olds d ont need life insurance. needless to say we went someplace else!!!!

Just had my truck serviced, Bret was Great. He answered all my questions, was very polite, and went over with me the services that were performed, (before and after). It's nice to be able to take your vehicle to be serviced and feel the person you are dealing with is honest and trustworthy!

When arriving at the dealership we looked at 2 vehicles inside and out. No sales person greeted us or came outside. We had spoken to a salesman prior to driving 2 hours 1-way to look at a specific vehicle. This salesman outright lied to us stating he had driven the vehicle and that there was no rust. Upon our arrival we immediately see rust along the bottom and question him. He basically shrugged it off and gave a half-assed apology. Not honest. Not professional. Just after the sale - Be Careful!!

Bought a vehicle here and paid 4000 for it less than a month the engine blew yes it was bought as is but come on less than 30 days and they said we could trade it in we decided against going there and went to Fletcher in Whiteland where we have always been done right. Not to mention in 2015 my father was dying I looked at car and was going to get it but had an emergency about my father actively passing and the sales man called me 3 times withon 72 hours til i told him no he lost my buisiness. So i tried to give them a second chance and they blew that too

As if the reviews from their vehicles aren't bad enough, imagine getting a poster esque scratch off in the mail from them saying you've one 750 dollars. Imagine you drive hours to this place after wasting time printing off your documents, getting references, and even spending money on gas. Now you go in to the shop to have the manager tell you that this scratch off guaranteed you absolutely no cash. Don't fall for this place, and especially don't give scammers your money to buy a car.

My husband and I bought a car here about 2years ago and had a good experience. I came in alone this time I actually had to go find a salesperson to help me. And then the salesperson acted like they didn't want to be bothered. They spent most of the time behind the counter talking to someone. So we will not be buying another car from them!

Overall I have had a great experience with Carver. Scott was a great salesman and eager to help if it was needed.
My first weekend of having my Camry I hit a nail and took my car to the dealer to get repaired. It ended up not being repairable. We took my car to a tire shop in North Vernon to see if they could do anything. They ended up stating that my tire was under warranty and was covered. I would have thought the dealership would have known this
Again, I've had an overall great experience at Carver and would recommend them, along with having them speak with Scott.response / report this review -

I would definitely recommend purchasing a car with Carver Toyota. I found the sales people to be extremely, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. There was no pressure and I felt people went out of their way to anticipate my needs. Staff was very helpful in introducing and explaining the "enTune" navigation system as well as helping me to customize various features (mirrors, seats, etc.) before leaving the parking lot. The facility overall is well appointed, clean and comfortable. The warranty program with free scheduled maintenance twice yearly for 3 years is a real plus. I drove an 8 hour road trip soon after my purchase and the experience was a total pleasure. I felt safe, at ease and truly enjoyed the comfort and amenities. Can't say enough about how pleased I have been with my 2016 4Runner. The purchase of which could not have gone more smoothly.

Craig the salesman and Rob the Finance Manager did a great job for me and my wife buying a Certified new Camry. I give them 10s. They went above and beyond and got me a good deal for our circumstances. Craig was very honest and was a great salesman. I give the service department a 1 out of 10. The woman at the first desk in service does not how to do her job and isn't very pleasant. Overall I still give Carver a good rating due to the good experience with Craig!

Great service and a great deal. Worked with Nick on a truck I wanted, I had walked out of two other dealers because they kept pushing me to buy before I was ready. Nick worked with me and got me a great deal once I was ready to buy. Office staff did a great job working with me on all the paperwork, and they even had a kids room to keep my two year old entertained while we did everything! Thanks so much to everyone who worked to make my buying experience go so well!
