Not sure what happened to this business but they used to be one of my favorite stores. Not so much now. In fact after my current experience I will no longer buy anything from here. Shopping at the store has always been a good experience but I ordered 5.11 pants on 9/4/17. They took the money out of my account right away. However, two weeks later no pants. I emailed them inquiring. They tell me I didn't put the correct order number on my email (they can't look it up by name?). So I email back with correct order number. Two days later I get an email that is so unprofessional you wouldn't believe it. It was typed as if you were texting your BFF and it didn't answer my question as to where are my pants. So I called and asked to speak to a supervisor. The only person they allow me to talk to is the one who sent the inappropriate email. So he proceeds to tell me that they don't have pants for me and it will be two more weeks. I ask to cancel the order. He says no problem. 17 days later, still no refund. I call again. The answer is, "I see that it was canceled but some problem with the card." We need your card number again to process. Well I was at work on break, without my card. So I call back the same day at 1535 hrs. No answer, sends me to voice mail. Still waiting on return call. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I placed an order on their website. I found out afterwards that they can't ship it to MD. Ok, that's fine, cancel the order. They agreed. A week later, the charge is still on my credit card. I use the contact us tool on their website requesting a cancellation three weeks ago requesting my order to be cancelled. I still have not received any answer back from them. A week after I sent the email, I called them again. They claimed that the order was cancelled improperly and they will cancel it this time. That was about two weeks before I wrote this review. Still no refund. Do not order from their website.

Good selection of 511 clothing, tactical gear, and firearms. Friendly and helpful staff. Not an easy to find location, but there is ample parking.

Good selection of equipment. Firearms sales to Mil/LEO/Public Safety only but their prices canmot be beat. The people behind the gun counter know their stuff but will not give you a line of BS. If they don't know for sure, they will ask their armorer or tell you they don't know. Rare quality these days. I'll be doing business with them for years to come.

Not very good. I bought my uniforms there and needed patches sown on. Payed 26$ for two uniform tops and a hat. Was told one week, turned out to be three and was not even called. Got the uniforms home and the name plates were on the wrong side even after I called and told them it was wrong on the receipt.
