I discovered Atlantic Locksmiths when I called East Side Service Center to inquire if they could install a replacement ignition system on my 2002 Honda Civic. The technician said they don' t service Honda's and recommended Atlantic Locksmiths.

When I called and spoke to the very pleasant and helpful employee, Cassandra, she also informed me that if I am a AAA member, the cost of replacing the ignition would be reduced by $50 if I contact AAA and have them dispatch their locksmith truck to where my car is located.

After following Cassandra's instructions, I received a call back from her and she informed me when to expect the repairman to arrive. I also received a second call from her indicating that the repairman was leaving his last customer and heading to my location. I also received a text message from AAA indicating when the repair truck would arrive.

Brian, the repairman arrived on time and informed me the problem was not the ignition; it was a worn-out key. He quickly cut me a new master key using the spare valet key which had barely been used. He programmed the key to work with my vehicle and was done in 15 minutes.

I was impressed with Brian' s professionalism and courtesy. After he left, I received a follow-up call from Cassandra.

I am extremely impressed with the people who work at Atlantic Locksmiths. I highly recommend them and commend them for their great customer service and quality of work.

In addition, their price was very reasonable.

Wow! Talk about fast and friendly and competent service!! I called them 15 minutes ago for my sister Sally in Smithfield, locked out of her home. Their tech was there within 10 minutes and got into our home safely, within 2 minutes.
Not too often we gladly write a check. I cannot thank you enough.

Atlantic is AWESOME! We just bought a house and at the closing, the previous owners handed us 11 keys for their 3 doors. We immediately called Atlantic to switch out the locks and upgrade the hardware. They showed up right away and switched all 3 door locks out in minutes. They best part is, all 3 doors now use the same 1 key. I threw out 11 keys and put one on my key chain. Nel was our install technician. He was kind, courteous and most importantly great at his job. You could tell he was a true professional. He was in and out in under an hour. This was probably an easy job for Nel, but knowing our house is safe and secure means the world to us. Thanks Nel and thanks Atlantic! If you are even thinking of having your door locks switched out or upgrading your hardware, look no further. Atlantic will take great care of you!

Thank you for being professional and offering amazing service. I lost my transponder key for my car and Atlantic was able to duplicate it at a much lower price then other locksmith services and definitely much cheaper than my dealer. I highly recommend them.

I purchased an expensive key there one year ago. In one year, it broke three times. After the fourth time it broke I brought it back because they obviously sold me a defective product. They told me, a senior woman, I must be throwing my key around and the "only thing defective is you". How charming. Do not use this company.
