Nice little aquarium. Good way to spend about an hour with kids. Lots of “Touch” exhibits, and the staff is very helpful. Pretty clean too. Bring anti-bacterial gel or plan on stopping in the bathroom on your way out to clean your hands.

Reasonable admission price. Not an all day venue, you can see everything in about an hour. Loved feeding the stingrays. We will go again!

Small, but nice aquarium. There are touch tanks to touch sharks and sting rays. The main tank has a large sea turtle and other big fish. Good variety of fish and reptiles. Nice views from the top floor balcony.

The A.C. Aquarium is a fantastic place to visit with your younger kids. It has two small floors of exhibits and a third floor observation area that gives a gorgeous view of A.C., Brigantine, and the back bays. It's the perfect size for children up to the age of 5 or 6. You can spend anywhere from 30-90 min here depending on your kids ages and interest level. I would highly recommend it!!

Update: They have begun to redo the inside of the aquarium and it's gorgeous!!

Had a fantastic time with our 2 1/2 year old. This is a very cozy place. It's not a huge aquarium but has more than enough to keep kids entertained and lots of hands on exhibits. The second floor of course is the main attraction because that's where the sting Ray touch tank is.

I think there should be more staff watching the children with their hands in the stingray tank though.
It was a little scary watching the children stick their hands in the tank without supervision.
It was a rainy day and it was super busy,the line moved quickly throughout.The staff was very pleasant considering how busy it was.
Also I would have liked to read anything about what we were looking at.
No complaints just suggestions.
We had fabulous time at a reasonable price❤❤❤❤

Staff enhanced our visit with their knowledge of the residents of the aquarium . My questions were answered and created an interest to learn more.

Loved it small intimate learning experience really a great place for the smaller ones in mind 5 and under. I think schools should really start small field trips to this location. I decided to get a membership for a family of 4 and it was very affordable. Love view and area that it is located in.

Probably the single saddest aquarium I have ever been in. The main tank looks to be overfilled, cloudy, and the fish not well taken care of. The kicker was the sea turtle swimming into the corners of the tank constantly while we were there. Every tank with multiple animals in it seemed either too small or had too many creatures. Every animal looked bored and near death with skin conditions as opposed to thriving. There was little to no information about animals outside of their names on the exhibits. Only 1 touch tank was even watched over despite many employees standing around the front. Upstairs featured a lot of missing exhibits and the 3rd floor served as an observatory that was empty. There was no station to wash your hands before touching the rays they allowed you to hand feed which makes me think that my feelings of inadequate care are not too misplaced. I am a big fan of aquariums and I have never entered an aquarium and been burdened by an overwhelming sense of gloom and sadness like I did with the Atlantic City Aquarium. Save the trip this place is cruel.

Fun little aquarium. Lots of tanks where you can touch the critters on both the first and second floors. Great fun petting the rays, starfish, crabs, and quite a few others. Go outside on the third floor for a nice view.

This was my first trip to Atlantic city. Although it was only 3 floors, I had a great time with my friend. Nice mini aquarium. I was surprised with the amount of touch tanks, there was a good amount of them, with a wide variety of interesting animals too. The entrance fee is worth it considering the fact that the money goes back into taking care of these animals. The staff is very friendly as well which made the experience more pleasant.
