I was desperate for a new tire and this was the only place open on a sunday. They told me 50$ with tax on the phone and in the store i asked again to double check. They took my car to the back which i dont like because who knows what they are doing. After 20 minutes he says you're missing a lugnut. Uhm no i just put a tire on a few months ago and there was no problem. I believe they took one of my lugnuts just to try and charge me for another one. Than another 20 minutes later (since when does it take 40 minutes to change one tire) he tries to overcharge me!!!! I argued with him and thank god the asian man who worked there had my back. Than the old man goes "now i have to pay the tax!" wow a whole 4 dollars. Get over it. This place WILL rip you off!!!!!
I had my Hub bearing replaced took them 4 days they had order part like seal ring. cost me $155. I brought Hub from NAPA and have them replaced when I have spindle back on truck 3 day later damaged again Mechanic took it apart found missing spacer in the hub took it other shop they said this was put on wrong way and missing spacer.. I had to redo this again this time press shop in Williamstown took them 25 mins with new hub and spacer put in paid $40.00 press shop said again whoever did this put on wrong and missing spacer I called Regional tire and explaining what was happening they kept saying put on right and kept saying mechanic who install didnt do right..
Warning++DONT GO THERE THEY SUCK and NO respect SHUT your shop DOWN!! YOU SUCK Regional tire service!!!.
Just called to get my bearings pressed on (which takes 6-9 minutes AND they have a press machine!!!). Al Ricci Jr., (the owner) completely disrespected me. He said, "We don't have time for a dumb job like that." I said, "Al, all I need is my bearings to be pressed onMy press machine broke and I rarely do this. How much do you charge?" He responds, "Well we can't help ya. *CLICK*". My family has been doing business with Regional for 3 generations, where is the respect? We give these small businesses their business, where is the respect in return?
